- This version of Minato has always been a fan favorite for many in the Storm series and anime itself. For others… well he has been somewhat of a headache in Storm Connections because of a certain playstyle that players love to abuse (Rasengan spam). Most Minato players I’ve met certainly like to play this way even though Minato has one of the best movement in the game. Outside of his movement he also has a great moveset to go with it. Combine all of his strong tools together with his movement and you will see that he is in fact a neutral monster!
Thanks to @ButtcluckGaming and @aroufleouf1011 I will showcase this character to you all, since I've been requested to play with him.
Minato has two primary jutsus in his arsenal. His first jutsu is a rasengan and is probably the best variation of it in my opinion. It has armor on start-up and can ofcourse also be cancelled. The thing that makes it better than the rest is the fact that you can cancel it at any moment. Being able to do so allows for pretty nice setups around your opponent and makes them guess what your next move will be while also being safe because of the armor. Having this strong tool at your disposal makes me believe that any good Minato players can pretty much apply pressure for free without being contested.
His second jutsu is a ranged melee attack that sends out kunais towards your opponent. On hit you will teleport behind your opponent and kick them into a bounced state. From here you can ofcourse continue your combo or follow it up with a rasengan. This is a very strong move that completely nullifies the parry function and makes it harder for your opponent to withstand your pressure. Mix this together with Minato his lightning fast movement and you will be unstoppable at mid to close range encounters. It can also be used as an evasive move to bypass any assist calls that may appear on the stage. You will need to have perfect timing for this like I will showcase in todays video.
Overall, this character is amazing but unfortunately he is being seen as the TERROR in the online community because of his poor reputation among the playerbase. Definitely check him if you haven’t and please don’t be a Rasengan spammer… Be better!!!

You already know the vibes! The only true way to use Minato in my opinion you know🙏. His movement and overall combo freedom are the best parts about him🙌. It would be a waste to just spam and run🥹

No unfortunately they have gotten rid of it just like Itachis crows (one of their best features tbh😭). They replaced it with the teleportation technique I'm doing in the video where he throws his kunais and teleports behind you.

I really have no clue😭. It can lead to so many damaging setups and resets which is absolutely insane. Most resets you can't even escape (like I did in the video) if done right😭. I just used him for the team theme around the character this time🙏.

His movement is so smooth and the teleportation technique is just amazing🙌. Tbh I don't get why most Minato players abuse Rasengan when his whole toolkit is so perfect😭. He truly is😭. His movement is just way too smooth (better than all characters) and the only one who can keep up with him is Shisui... You will never see me using him in a Rasengan spamming nature though😅🤣

The best team for Minato at the moment for me are the following characters:
Point Character: Minato (Alive)
Assist Character 1: Temari (Teen/Boruto)
Assist Character 2: PTS Shikamaru (For his speed pill and items), Kakashi (DMS) or Hagoromo (Sage of Six Paths)
In my opinion these are the strongest assist options at the moment for Minato. All of them can help provide close, long and aerial range cover.
