Bruce Van Tol we are on grid, but most things are on propane, and it’s very minimalist. Propane stove and hot water, only 3 electrical outlets, outdoor bathtub, wood heat.

Now this is good design. Well laid out, and whilst stylistically it may not be everyone's cup o' earl grey, it is clearly adaptable. If I was going to build, I'd seriously consider this design with a bit of a change to the kitchen for my needs. Oh, I'd keep the fridge. It's about the same size of the one I have now. Love the black.

That's what I will build. Perfect. Love the A-frame, and the wing quadruples the living space. Buy a 2 floor shed, and the A-frame part is easy. Tying it together will be some work. Great video.
This is super cool...really nice. I love the dark colored wood. All you ever see is like a pine (very light colored) that I am just sick of looking at. I enjoy watching videos about tiny houses and cabins, and I can tell you that you are doing something different. Maybe in the future I would enjoy them even more if we saw more people in them enjoying the facilities, like a review of one location after you and a group of your friends stayed there for a weekend or so. "it was built in 1960's so it's pretty old", me living in a XVIIth century appartment in France... lol But this house is absolute genius, i may be wrong but it's among the first A frame in this form no ? The plan is absolutely amazing, the presence of the wing for additional place and solar panels is perfect to transform a lovely holiday cabin to a effectively liveable place. And on their site, they sell their plan for very little money for what it's worth imo. :)
