Yes! Like Sara, I had BAD, UNSUPPORTIVE PARENTS/PARENTING & suffered many pains at school all because my parents could not nor would not recognize how THEY WERE FAILING ME at home. My older brother & little sister did well at school because mom & dad treated them way better them me! Now, thanks to therapy, I can explain exactly why our parents favored the other 2 & FAILED ME...but it would take many, many pages to explain it. IMO, Sara's early parenting FAILED HER & LEFT HER SADDLY UNPREPARED to deal with her birth mark & the nasty behavior of BADLY PARENTED kids at school. They were ALL victims of BAD PARENTING!!! Some kids survive that & some DONT! Therapy helped me a lot to happily accept my shortcomings! 😅

I had chills and tears on the part of the dark night of the soul , the solitude. The feeling of beeing lost , and also beeing a stranger in your own life . I also had experiences of me not knowing where my body is or where i am while meditating . I think I'm living in my own way the same stuff she's been through. I don't know if I'm out yet . But reading and learning about theses phases during the spiritual journey makes me feel a lot lighter and allows my emotions to come out and some understanding.. Thanks ❤

I had a shift in my consciousness & felt like I had no earthly body, but instead felt like I was the universe & was overwhelmed by a feeling of oneness with not just the world, but the entire universe. The only emotion was that of love & peace. I knew that every living thing is a part of everything. It lasted about 3 minutes, but I’ll never forget that nirvana & know why monks spend hours meditating. It was the most amazing feeling I’ve ever experienced. We are all so much more than our earthly bodies.

BAD PARENTING, such as I had, is generally overlooked, minimized, or flat out DENIED in most cultures where defending or simply HIDING the faults & failings of parents /parenting is often done by other parents to PROTECT EACH OTHER from accountability while kids like Sara are left to DO THE BEST SHE CAN WITH LITTLE OR NO SUPPORT from home! Do you think it's possible the mind tells itself the stories of non-duality to find answers to all the metaphysical questions? Maybe it's a survival mechanism developed by the brain to deal with existential anxiety? A way to make peace with itself. Logically I agree duality cannot exist, since it's a result of human thought. Without human thought, there is no duality. But that's just another thought, how can I actually rely on it? If that makes sense. Wild stuff, human brain is truly absurd. Why would nature create something separate from itself and make it aware about the separation?
God didn’t create the Universe of duality, we did. It arose from a thought ‘what if?’ Actually it’s an illusion, it’s just a dream. We’re slowly awakening from this dream of separation and remembering our true Home in God. God is only Love, eternal, perfect, changeless Love. So are we. Because you will feel/experience it as truth. That’s what sets it apart from intellectual knowing or mere thoughts. You will recognize it as Truth with a capital -t. Otherwise it would just be like all other people saying ‘this is the truth’. No, you’ll experience it (not just think it) and then know it is Truth. Like a divine Revelation where you experience God.
