    You'd be surprised how many can benefit from your information. Even those who just recently started driving. Not to mention makes people think seriously about not wasting time and money on something they come to find out was only a nice fantasy in their minds. 👍

    The best I can tell from your videos. A property inspection at your place would be $915. That would include the home inspection, the termite inspection, the modular home tornado strapping inspection, the well and septic system inspection, the well water testing, and the shop inspection. If you wanted to add mold spore collection and laboratory sampling then it could be added for an additional $150. The entire inspection would take approximately 2.5 hours. The inspectors overhead on the inspection would be around $30. Your average full-time Inspector does between 12 to 20 inspections a week. Maybe this will help someone reading the comments. Home inspections is one of America’s best kept secrets.

      I gave you your props so let it go, I’m not driven by money in life I actually want to drive the stupid trucks and that’s who I make these videos for 🤷‍♂️..also I am on city water and city sewer so you missed the mark a little bit there cowboy…. Also I only paid $300 for the inspection on this house when I bought it.

    Rule 1..Amen!! Lone Mountain - that was a good tip.. did not know about that before and the inventory there looks pretty decent with pricing/payment info.. nice one! Not quite ready to pull the trigger yet - still in my first year (thanks to you and other good folks like you) with that maroon mid roof Cascadia outfit that you think are a bit on the slow side for (un)loading 😉 not totally fair but love ya anyway 🙃 Was thinking of doing a HELOC as a finance option as I have good equity in the home and it would be a heck of a lot cheaper than dealer financing..thoughts on that? For an upcoming money and news, would love to see Charlotte NC and perhaps Bowling Green KY areas?? Cheers man..really appreciate all you put into this for us.

      A HELOC loan would probably be cheaper on interest but your gambling your home, i’m not gonna say yes or no, that is a very personal decision my friend ❤️

    I got a buddy that had his own authority and he is making a killing. There is still money to be made in trucking. I just paid cash for my truck and plan on firing up my authority. I don’t want anyone taking a percentage there already enough cost to run a truck and I don’t need to give another 30% of the top and still paying cargo insurance

    Thank you for another great video! I have a question. I recently thought about buying a used truck that needs engine repair or replacement. I kind of like it because I believe I would pay lower interest on the engine and no physical damage insurance would require. What do you think about? What would be the cons? Thank you!

    • @sturgelltruckingllc4074
      @sturgelltruckingllc4074  6 месяцев назад +1

      Older trucks have a lot less issues, but it depends on a couple things…. How much work they really need. They tend to have a lot of problems that need addressed, little things airlines gauges wiring etc…
      Also, a lot of carriers won’t lease you on with an older truck so make sure you do your research on where you’re going to lease that truck on when it’s done

    Or we would use company flatbeds? For the company u have mentioned
    Thank you in advance

      Not that I know of, but the companies I’ve mentioned either rent, or the trailer is included in the percentage you give up…

      Bad…. it’s the scraps of the freight industry, and the bottom of the barrel, always has been and always will be. It was only good for a short time after Covid when the supply chain had been diminished.
