You have too much twist in your sail. You don't need all those pullies. As someone else mentioned put on a stiff boom vang, flatten out your sail. At the speeds these things can go you need less drag. Beautiful craftsmanship. I can't figure out why these models haven't become more popular.

Beautifully engineered but needs a boom vang. I have made a similar yacht but made a boom like a windsurfer rig
