Happy new year my nutters!!!!! Makesure you like + comment 1 THING YOU WILLLLLLL ACHIEVE IN 2025 & I'll be picking one of you to win the next TEAM NUTTY cap!!!!
I WILL fully recover from my eating disorder and get my period back in 2025 !!! 🥜❤️ (if someone sees this at the end of 2025 please reply to my comment to remind me to celebrate that I freakin did it) thank you for making my Sunday a million times better Steph!
Goals for 2025. Maintain sobriety and hit 330 marathon; 130 half marathon; sub 42min 10k and 20min 5k. Or eat 24 donuts in one sitting. Honestly at the moment it's 50/50 what I aim for.
These time goals are literally the goals I wrote for this year in November! Then had to have emergency surgery on my knee 😭 don’t even know if I’ll make London marathon start line. Good luck achieving them 💪🏼
Steph! You have no idea how much this video meant to me as a viewer. It was just nice to see you push when you didn't want to because it felt relatable. What an inspiration to the nutty nation. Goal for me in 2025 is being consistent with my fitness and doing a few more runs this year. Regardless of the distance.
2025 Goal: I will become an IRONMAN 💪🏻 I set out for this goal last year and had some medical issues 6 weeks out from the race…absolutely broke my heart to postpone the goal. I thought about not going after this goal again, but decided a couple weeks ago that it’s happening. Full send. Thank you for all your inspiration!!! AND loads of videos that kept me company during recovery! :)
After a disappointing end to 2024, having to pull out of Barcelona Ironman and have surgery to repair my meniscus… my first goal of 2025 is to make the start line of London marathon🙏 💪🏼 #teamnutty
Awww what a motivating video ! I watched this this morning before doing one of the hardest interval sessions of my life, I felt like quitting right from the beginning but I thought no Steph pushed through, so shall I, thank you !
hey Steph, i just wanted you to know that you did not fail, in my opinion, because you gave it Everything you had. you never fail as long as you never quit. i know you'll be able to smash your goal of a sub 3 Marathon. in every video i've watched of you, you've always been so incredibly determined and you've never allowed anything to, ultimately, stop you from doing whatever you set out to do. so, i Know you've got this. always keep your head up and keep giving it everything because i know you can do it. ---- Big, Big Hugs ---- Never give up.
This year I will finish my first race, a half marathon! I’m on the second week of my training plan and I just realized how hard it was going to be. I’m really excited to meet the version of myself that crosses that finish line!
I hit pause before knowing your time, that was amazing! Sometimes the effort on a hard day is so much more important than the number. So inspiring & thank you Grant for the bike perspective & being so positive!!!
I did a 5k time trial for my coach as part of my marathon training a few weeks ago, got so overwhelmed I cried and had to stop!!!! I’ve been putting off re doing it for weeks but it’s so comforting to know others struggle with the 5k distance and speed too!!! Well done girl. Inspired me to give it another go 💗
That wind😖 Thank you for showing this side of your training as well! You put in a great effort, and the most important thing is you didn’t give up!! I’ve run my first marathon two weeks ago in 4:10! I also had quite some setbacks during my marathon, but I’m very proud I finished without stopping and for a next marathon I’ll work more on my speed to reach a sub 4! My master studies (violin) will start in March so coming year I’ll set my goals on the shorter distances (I’m not a natural fast runner either). I want to run my 5K under 25 min in the coming two months, and after that I want to build it up to a sub 50 for my 10K. And I’ll regularly keep running half marathons for fun😁😁 Best wishes for the new year!!!! 🔥🔥
Goal for 2025 is for my husband and I to have our first child this year. We got married last year and looking to add an additional to our family this year. It’s been hard for us so far but staying positive. We got this!
Happy New Year!! In Greece we also keep decorations up until the 6th, Lights Day! Your paintings are beautiful! That wind during your run sounded insane! I don't think sub 19 will elude you for long. Keep going!!
I will run my first marathon on the 14th of april!!! I am injured now, so I will have to work extra hard the last weeks, but I wont give up! Feel the fear but do it anyway 💪🏼
I find this more inspiring than a success if I’m honest. This to me is a more realistic representation of running for the average person. Love your videos. Watching from Aus
Awesome work team! Got to have the bad ones to have the good ones. It's an added pressure being a RUclipsr sometimes isn't it, anyone else could just scrub this from Strava and nobody would ever know, but this will make the sub3 video that bit sweeter!
I will be running a 50K trail to overcome my fear of never being enough.. never feeling like I deserve x/y and to prove to myself that I am capable of so much more then I give myself credit for. Thanks for the Nutty content Steph, showing us all how hard work and backing yourself are the most important things to making dreams happen.
My goal is to do my first official half marathon race and also to go on one solo travel trip - something I've always been terrified to do but also really want to travel
Omg i finally want to be Able to do my first push up and start Running. I was really sick and bedridden for a year in 2023. Currently walking 15-20k but still not able to run 😢 I want to be able to run so bad but my body is not having it yet. I am training at the gym 4-5 times a week since September and I am so incredibly proud of myself. Compared to where I have been in 2023. You motivated me so much throughout my illness. I have literally binge watched your channel when I was in bed as I knew it would give me instant happiness and show me that I am strong and will get better again. And here I am 🎉 climbing the mountain of recovery ❤ I want to thank you so much Steph
My goal is the same as last year and it has done me wonders. I try to live by the old saying "Don't put off till tomorrow what you can do today". I thought you did really well stitch and wind are not friends of running.
My goal for 2025 is to give my best effort and make myself proud in all three races I’ve signed up for. While I’d love to aim for a sub-3:30 marathon, there’s no pressure-I just want to focus on enjoying the journey and my love for running!
2025: Regain my fitness after battling perimenopause for the last 18 months and PB the Vancouver Triathlon this September!! Thanks for another great video Steph, awesome effort and I have no doubt you’ll nab a sub 19 5k in no time. Staying Nutty in Canada! 🇨🇦
My goal for 2025 is to carve out more time for myself and my friends/loved ones. I’m working full time and studying full time for my masters degree. More time for myself and being with the people I love keeps life balanced. A steady pace wins the race! You’ve got this Steph!
Loving this series, ive been watching it on the treadmill! (Im not the follower who said hello to you at the track though 😅). Respect for giving it a go in tough conditions! A tough session banked is a worthy thing in itself! My goals for 2025 are sub 20 5k. Sub 1:35 half. Sub 3:15 marathon 🏃🏻♀️
This year I will achieve my first marathon.. which will be the Brighton Marathon! I'm super excited and equally nervous but you inspire me to keep pushing my mind and body to do the amazing things that it's capable of 🥜🥜🥜
Don't know whether you ever listen to audiobooks on your long runs (this is my go to, makes them FLY by!) but highly recommend Deena Kastor's book 'Let your mind run'. Apart from her life story being super interesting and inspiring, she talks about all of the mental tools that she uses as a pro runner and I can't put into words how helpful it is. I literally ran a 5k PB a few days after finishing her book in gale force winds because I just believed I could and used some of the tools she described during the run. Highly highly recommend for winning that mental battle that is the 5k (it also terrifies me!)
Loved this video. You’re so strong! Btw this is what I feel like every time I run, never felt any different. Gives me hope that you can feel like this too😂 thank you! My goal this year is to be financially stable as a student and go out of my comfort zone substantially. Wether that be by being more unapologetically myself or working out in public - we‘ll see when we get there! 🎀
I WILL get back to regular workouts and getting my endurance back! I am a figure skater and my biggest goal is to be able to skate comfortably again (more endurance and strength)!
soooo happy that there’s a new video!!!☺️I have loads of goals for 2025, don’t know where to begin. Firstly, I’ve got to get my health in a better place, as I’ve just been diagnosed with a bone condition which has meant I’ve had to drop out of university🥺 So I’m praying I can build my strength back to get a place at another drama school to study musical theatre, as it’s my dream to be on stage spreading joy & bringing hope to others❤️I would also love to start running, as it’s my goal to run a marathon sometime in the future. Alongside this, I want to start weight training in the gym, as I haven’t been able to do this yet because of gym anxiety. The last goal is to spend as much time as I can with my family, as my grandad has advanced Alzheimer’s & is deteriorating. Therefore, I want to see him & support my family in any way I can❤️as well as wanting to support others in the world, and I truly hope to one day be able to do charity work to help others. I have soo many more goals, but that’s just a few of them I thought i would share. Thank you so much for spreading so much joy & positivity Steph!!!! You are so loved, and I will forever be grateful for coming across your community❤️❤️❤️
I know you’re looking for goals but I just want to say I appreciate the struggle footage, because you’re always making it all look so easy even though I know damn well it isn’t! But to give you the goals, one related to this is under 30 5k. I didn’t actually get to try this last year because I broke my foot. So going after it again this year once the snow melts 🙃
Run my first ever half marathon in April! It will be 15 years since my nanny passed away and I’m running to raise money for Marie curie! The furthest I’ve ever ran so far is 10k and I’m very SLOW! Nearly cried when you sped up at the end, so inspirational ❤
This year I WILL continue my ED recovery journey. One specific thing I will be focusing on is getting my body healthy enough to get back on my horse again!
This year I am going to do my first IM 70.3. Since I have been hit by a car on a bike ride last august and had a massive period of not being able to train, it is not yet sure for me to be possible to do the full Ironman in August 2025 that I signed up for last July. Decided to make the best out of it and try the 70.3 in May. If I can achieve that (and feel well after finishing), I am going for the full IM in August. If not, I will try again for the full distance next year. Wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for your videos! Greetings from Switzerland!
2025 Goals, PR in the Marathon in Houston in two weeks. Later this year, I’m finishing my first Ironman at Arizona in November. Lots of other smaller goals throughout the year. I’m turning 60 this year. I’ve been on a fitness journey since 2020 when I had some mentally hard times. I’ve dropped 70 lbs and hope to lose another 20 or so. Staying healthy is my biggest goal this year. Trying not to overdo it. Stay nutty.
My 2025 goal is Running my first marathon in Paris and attempting to run a half marathon in the mountains, also my past few running sessions haven’t been great but sometimes it’s also important to follow through even when it gets painful, to get used to that feeling when you don’t expect it and for a boost in your confidence. You are great keep going 😊💪🏼💗
Been a long time subscriber it’s been amazing and so inspiring seeing your journey with fitness. Really seeing and showing how we can push ourselves if we really put our mind to it and prioritize doing the hard thing! My goal in 2025 may sound a little silly but it’s a big thing for me. Staying connected to my body and present in the moment. Even and especially when things feel scary or difficult. Not being connected to my intuition got me into a lot of trouble this past year I WILL NOT let my past coping mechanisms of disconnection and dissociation dictate my future! 💪
Happy new year my nutters!!!!!
Makesure you like + comment 1 THING YOU WILLLLLLL ACHIEVE IN 2025 & I'll be picking one of you to win the next TEAM NUTTY cap!!!!
Happy New Year, 🎉I was the girl you met, btw, saving this video for my run tomorrow 😅😂
I WILL fully recover from my eating disorder and get my period back in 2025 !!! 🥜❤️ (if someone sees this at the end of 2025 please reply to my comment to remind me to celebrate that I freakin did it) thank you for making my Sunday a million times better Steph!
❤
Me too!
You are so much stronger than you think, you can do it ❤❤❤

You’ve got this 💕
Goals for 2025. Maintain sobriety and hit 330 marathon; 130 half marathon; sub 42min 10k and 20min 5k. Or eat 24 donuts in one sitting. Honestly at the moment it's 50/50 what I aim for.
versatility in your goals there, i LIKE ITTTTTT.
@@nuttyfoodiefitness exactly. There'd be Boston creams, biscoff flavour, old faithful jam filled, sprinkles. So much versatility in donut flavour
These time goals are literally the goals I wrote for this year in November! Then had to have emergency surgery on my knee 😭 don’t even know if I’ll make London marathon start line. Good luck achieving them 💪🏼
Goal for 2025: Become even more handsome… maybe also rehab my ankle injury and run a marathon 💪🏼
Your’failure’ would be a lifetime achievement for me and I’m 67 this month. Inspirational - even for an oldie! 🎯

Steph! You have no idea how much this video meant to me as a viewer. It was just nice to see you push when you didn't want to because it felt relatable. What an inspiration to the nutty nation.
