I’ve been running the ripp coil and plug wires on my 2008 Jeep JKU for a while now . Noticed an increase in mpg and drivability. I would buy again

Just installed on my 2020 Ram! Took less than an hour and no issues.

But did you feel the extra power?
I cannot say that hat I can notice any difference unfortunately with power or fuel economy. Started driving it less and fuel economy went down but I believe that is due to less driving and more city driving overall.
They do look good when you pop the hood lol.
i am perfectly tuned at the moment and these coil packs are showing up today cant wait to do some logs and see what my tuner says

On the 6.4L the plug gap is set at 0.043. When you say you could increase it a bit how much are we talking?

What do I use if my hemi has a coil pack with a wire going over the engine to another plug? Would it still work if I put both sparks to the same cylinder?

@@R0GU3AG3N7 the market isn't big enough for it. The manufacturer would most likely be losing money. There is the hellcat Durango

I have a tune on my supercharged 5.7 will I need to re-tune after i install these coils?
Not needed but it would be beneficial to gain some extra power with them.

@R that's really up to the mods, this item will then help everything come together. In other words, the total tuned power is what you achieved with all your mods together - tuned.

Yes! We've regularly seen 1-2mpg increases using the Performance Coil Packs across the board
What about spark plugs for a 5.7 Beni 2020?
I know this a dumb question but ima ask anyway...I see it says it don't need a turn to see the 10-20mph gain however do you have to get a tune so the car can recognize this mod to get you the results
No tune required for this mod, if you do tune it you can see more consistent power.

Looked on your website and notice they are only for 05 and up. Will these work on an 04 5.7?

Did you do the first dyno with same ect and intake temp and do the after coil with same ect and intake? Maybe because the car cooled down it gained hp.
Cars are tested up to temp as close as possible - we do our best to keep the test consistent which is why we do tests same day and unscripted as though you were in the room with us. I’m a buy this and make a video and show the word what this mod would do to a stock 6.4 Charger SCATPACK if it’s not high in cost that is for the coil pack
The V6 coil set is like $300. So maybe a little more than that? Not terrible on the wallet, at least relative to other car mods/parts
i have NGK 6510 LTR7IX-11 gapped at 0.030 there 1 step colder. im currently tuned on e85, 2019 scatpack charger. can i install these with no tune and no issues?
While yes you should be able to do so it'd be best to pose that question to your vehicles tuner.
Great Videos but can we see one that shows your coils on a ram 1500 5.7 hemi.....not these performance based car's
How does this pair with headers and or intakes manifolds? I'm just curious how much power you could get without even needing a tune. Maybe 30-40hp across the board for relatively cheap?
We have not tested but suffice to reason that the gains would pair very well with a set of headers and an intake

@@bronsonguzman5078 the HP will not be too effected with new spark plugs until you put a tune in the vehicle.

Do you have to change the gap on the plugs?
You can open them a bit if you wish. We do all testing with factory plugs at factory gap.

Should we be running 93 octane with these to get those results?
Its not required with our mods, but as you add more modifications you should move up in octane to maximize your gains. Especially if you go for tuning, then you tune for the fuel you want to run.
So if I got the new 300s with the 5.7 I can get RIPP'd!!??
You’d have to get the 3.6 but after the supercharger you’d be making 430 whp plus

Tbh, I think the hardware can be easily fabricated to fit Most 5.7 HEMI. The pain in the butt is the PCM unlock and tuning. At this point. I would pay for a new unlock PCM with a tune from RIPP. I’ll bait the bullet on 800-1000 for that unlock PCM.
@@tomvu3062 ripp have unlocked pcm? I had a chance to send my stock pcm to hp tuners but didnt do it. I have a clone one rught now in my car & stock i have it just sitting. Rn it hard to get hp if the car is not tuned. Ecu will run as stock as possible.
