I like Fi’s FIT rule which makes savings interesting without any hassles
Also Fi have poor coustomer support. They will block your account for unknown reason and then wont reply. Will take 5-6months to get your money back if lucky
Fi has changed their Charges and other features....
They have introduced 3 different types of accounts ... Salary/Infinite, PLUS & STANDARD. new VISA Platinum Debit card will cost ₹199, and the annual maintenance charges on the card will be another ₹199.

Misinformation: First Fi money also has a Debit card reward and UPI Rewards known as Fi-Plant which harvest as a Fi-Coins. It can be used to buy products at discount, gift cards, or convert them into cash directly to your bank account. Second Fi Money also has a feature to add multiple bank account at one place.

One difference : federal bank offers in e commerce site is valid for fi card not for jupiter card.

Jupiter-Good for rewards/jwells and cashbacks
If I am not wrong Jupiter also offers free neft and imps
I use fi for foreign transactions it’s amazing eazy to use and the card looks great

i dont get it too, all features/ facilities are already available in traditional banks app. everything is online nowadays its been ages since i visited my bank. i dont get the point why these Neo banks are so hyped. what if u dont get proper customer support? in normal case i would visit the branch and shout the crap out of them until my job is done. can u do that in Neo Banks? just a question btw. was thinking of opening in Fi just out of curiosity. can anyone explain?

i disagree. in 2024 fi has the best UI. I dont know about the rewards though. But Fi has a very well organized UI to understand my spendings

I don’t get what is the advantage of a neo- bank right now over normal banking apps? Except for the pots/jars features to save for goals which we can do using mutual funds with better returns.
The advantage is you don't have to go to bank it's a hassle

@@justzeeshan You are right doing everything through mobile app is not a big deal but the advantage of neo banks are since they have 100% online operations their expense is very low so they can give us many benefits. In HDFC you have to give annual charges for the debit cards and some other random charges like SMS alert charge and so on, They also have high forex charges. While neo banks are true zero balance accounts with lifetime free atm cards, No sms charges and other hidden charges.
@@justzeeshan The other advantage is that the user experience of these traditional banks apps are complete shits and looks like some government website ( Telling this after using lots of bank apps, exceptions are there like BOB, ICICI & Axis) but Jupiter and FI UI layouts are as good and simple as Gpay and in some case even better.

About u can search in app like amazon spent this is example u can track whole months amazon app expenses and any expense u ever done with account and fit rul of fi is best saving intrest rate is also lucrative

Jupiter pot features is so good i can maintain my credit card amount , rent and all other expenses in one bank account. Each pot act like a separate saving account with debit and credit list. So good to track and spend.
Don't use Fi accounts. They will completely freeze your account and not the certain amount. Please stay away from Fi for any transaction. This is a suggestion from Fi User which account freezed

I got 2 Jupiter account with 2 mobile number and one fi account all are with same customer id with federal bank. I find out fi Money a lot better. Jupiter ba 1% reward offer ended. Jupiter ka app buggy hai, card bhi block kar diye kuch month use na karne pe juiter ka. Aur bhi problem bugs hai. Fi is best

To the ones using both the Apps - considering the interest rate on Jars in FI is 5.1% i.e. double that on Pots in Jupiter - doesn't that make FI a more attractive choice?
