    With the revive feature coming with the new MD, and all battles becoming chain battles, this EGO will be VERY funny.

    I saw someone on reddit mention that the buff kimsault gives for having 6 BL allies persisits even if one of the allies dies and gets replaced. So you could bring a full BL team with an underleveled BL Outis/Sinclair and replace them with an actually good poise unit.
    Also, with md7 reviving your whole party when moving to the next floor, you can reliably use it on every floor boss

    • @ultranumhere
      @ultranumhere  3 часа назад +1

      It's still less damage that not using it on floor bosses lol, but the Meursault thing is interesting.
      I think both Sinc and Outis are terrible, so idk about the team's power even after subbing one ally out, and you also need to consider that until you get 6 Pride and 2 Wrath, you're stuck with a lvl 1 unit that's just slowing you down, and once you get the swap, the new unit is stuck at 0 SP, and you can't even use Fluid Sac well in Poise, so it's quite problematic.
      Can't say it sounds viable in story/farm/RR, and in MD you're better off using 2 strong IDs anyways, cuz Meursault's buffed passive doesn't really impact the already inflated Poise generation from gifts.

    its made for chainbattles, its pretty god damn strong for a HE ego, they are adding ally revival to md5 so it will get plenty of use

    i think this is an ego that is built for the future, because we saw something of a radical shift in gameplay in canto 7, with the introduction of unbreakable coins and chain battles. kim ji hoon has implied that the game will go into the direction of hard focusing on new content and trends, kinda phasing out everything in the past, i think that is what fell bullet should really be treated like. i had a good example of a use case for the man in the dulcinea fight, your allys WILL be on low hp, killing and replacing my 26 hp outis with a fully healed back up is genuinely a considerable option there. i think more fights will take on a 'guaranteed deaths' theme like what we saw could happen with the rose hunter or daddy quixote fights. fell bullet is made to take advantage of this i think because when you have 20 hp 36 rupture with an aoe unbreakable coin headed your way fell bullet would be a better option than just... d e a t h
    new content will be made to ignore old content, chain battles are the newest thing to the game, the problem for fell bullet right now is its being made for features and concepts that are severely undercooked right now, so it simply would just have been better if it was released later when more enemies have unbreakable coins and more content has been switched over to chain battles. right now we are still transitioning and many things still are on the old page of unreplaceable deaths, win every clash, etc. i get we all have our problems that too but i just believe thatthis is the lens in which this ego was made so it would be more fair to view it in that way.
    so yep thats about it all

    Well, I experemented with that E. G. O. a bit, and there is a solid use case:
    In the tough chain encounters (which would be more and more frequent), you can use it to kill BL team to give our samurai his passive for dead allies. You would be able to facetank a lot, and still deal a lot of damage via killing. You'd have a lot of pride and wrath resources from BL team, so if they then be changed to Capitan Ishmael, Maid Ryoshu, ect, you would get a lot of tanking potential, massive damage and make one insane unit

  • @grassy-os
    @grassy-os 2 часа назад +3

    Fun and interesting EGO. yes! Viable and useful outside of just playing around? No. Also, seeing Butler Ryoshu come THAT close to getting the reuse on her nuke 3 consecutive times was so painful

  • @ArtiK5476
    @ArtiK5476 2 часа назад +3

    The biggest use-case for this EGO is during chain battles where mass-amounts of status buildup are possible from the enemy (Rose hunter and ESPECIALLY the funny ferris wheel man come to mind here). In these cases, healing often doesn't matter, because healing around, say, 60 HP doesn't really mean much when the ally has 20 bleed potency and 15 count. In these cases, it is way more efficient to execute and get the resources (btw at uptie 4 you get resources for skill 1 and 2 instead of just skill 1) and get the passive going.
    The EGO is meant as a failsave, like you mentioned.I don't think this is a bad thing, however, as all EGO's have different use cases (like wishing cairin having a high floor if you're paralysed, or sunshower setting up sloth nukes), and Fell bullet has a niche that no other EGO skill does. its passive is also great to set up units like pequod Yi Sang or BL Yi Sang even faster, and it also helps that teams that use either fuel the EGO very efficiently. I do agree with the notion that it doesn't work well in the vast majority of fights at this point, due to the fact that chain battles are much less common for the vast majority of the game.
    TLDR: I think the EGO has really good use-cases, but that it doesn't really work well outside of chain-battles.

  • @chessterstone
    @chessterstone 2 часа назад +1

    at this point I use it to farm xp lux on the pierce weak days by shooting my underleveled base sinclair (sorry sinclair) since that’s the best case scenario, a quick and snappier kill wipe in which the consequences are reset each repeat of the battle. A lot of people say it might be useful for chain battles in case you bring intentional fodder to be replaced but there’s prob a lot of setup there.
    Also if they made a small change like gaining a smaller poise bonus on ally stagger instead of only ally kills or kill fails, or even just make the enemy damage EXTREMELY potent to the point where it’s one sinner death for almost 5-6 enemy deaths, it would be seriously viable

    Seems more like they made the Ego for MD considering fights in the next MD will be chain battles and you revive team mates every floor. But i like this ego for its visuals and its fun to mess around with. One shotting my ally and all the enemies with is surprisingly fun

  • @tiedgamer1948
    @tiedgamer1948 7 минут назад

    This is my opinion of Fell Bullet.
    I would say it good. As you can do some insane stuff with this.
    1. The ability to remove stagger threshold. As this is the first EGO that hurt allies, sometimes it good to get hurt to remove them and you get to control when to do it.
    A good example would be canto 7 final boss. As you can hurt your unit and fully remove a dps ID stagger threshold and turn them to a tank/dps before phase 2 happen. All you need is to use a healing ego after that. (Or EGO Gift that heal)
    Not really good in MD as you are pretty much op and finishing a battle with no threshold but full hp will restore the threshold back.
    2. Attack Nullification - (This do not work on AOE)
    Some Attack have the ability to buff themself with the [On Use] effect. If there is a buff that is extermely bad you can just make the lowest HP get targetted by redirecting and just kill them.
    This is also good in canto 7 boss, as there are bloodfest and he really like to inflict alot of bleed. Even healing cannot save you from 25 bleed and 8 count. You also buff him up as you bleed. So in this use case it better to kill and Null the attack.
    3. Other type of niche. Sometimes ID have different job. Other apply status and other abuse it.
    A good example would be a temor Team. LCB Ishmael having good rupture and temor applier. However become worst as it run out of ammo. So instead of making her stay we can just kill her and bring another temor unit that can burst the masive amount of it.
    Basically you bring someone who good at stacking up and status enabler ID that making it the 7th Sinner to abuse the stack.
    4. Controllability, due to it attack sinner with low hp and one ally. You can purposely get hit so you can make it die. And if unlucky, your sinner survive and get stagger. Unable to redirect so you could not switch out. So with this EGO you can make sure to switch out the sinner and gain some benfit. Which is point 3.
    Another thing sometimes healing can be bad. Dps that have stagger threshold can be one
    shot extermely fast. So the ability to deal dmg to ally is a nice welcome to have the ability to remove them (not great as you get stagger but the more stagger threshold remove the better healing ego can be and better it is in long battle)

    You see sacrifice/switch out tech in FGO but Limbus might not lead itself to this for awhile, would have add lot of on-summon and on-death effects. This ego will only have its niche occasions. A better corrosion fail safe a high roller targeting the lowest ally SP.

    (WORD JUMPSCARE AHEAD)
    Whenever I saw this ego, and it's associated passive, funnily enough the first thing I thought wasn't blade lineage yi sang, but rather pequod first mate yi sang. In fact, I think that this ego was actually built to be used with pequod first mate, as he struggles with poise buildup but has a extremely large payout, as well the bloise team having a good amount of pride through him, captain ishmael, and Heathcliff. It's also that most other bloise ID's are disposable, and that boost in poise would likely allow yi-sang to shoot out full power relentless stabbings much quicker. Of course, this is a extremely specific team and this ego would likely be useless in any other team, but that's the closest I have to a best usecase for fell bullet.

    • @ultranumhere
      @ultranumhere  3 часа назад

      So, is its best use case letting a bad team grasp at straws? Tbh sounds still terrible to me. Though it's probably fun for a bloise player to finally get a Pequod Yi Sang s2 off outside of MD

    There is also niche of using this ego on Pequod Yi Sang, he has big problem with poise count, this ego can help with that a bit. Using this ego once just for passive can be impactful in stages with a lot of enemies.

      I think EGO skills can provide a lot of gameplay variance if done right, and PM adding more EGOs with unique effects can really help the game.
      That being said, a lot of them are just single-coin 20+ clash power skills that inflict 1 effect in a large amount, so I get not wanting that over a 00 ID that could help out a team and newer players.
