Practically we cannot provide 10 mm dia bottom bars in beam. Minimum reinforcement bar diameter is 12 mm . And it is structurally not safe to provide 10 mm dia bars at beams

In practical life, PB1 PB2 act as a single beam. Then why the main reinforcement is different for both the cases. In PB1 at top, main reinforcement is 2-12mm bars and PB2 at top, main reinforcement is 2-10mm bars. How could it possible in real life. In real life we use same size reinforcement as a main bar
