Just a wild guess, but the flap retraction might have been in response to the slight turbulence. It was a little bumpy on approach. One of the roughest landings I ever had was in clear-air turbulence coming into Albuquerque when we hit about 10,000 feet. I noticed the palms in this video were pretty still as you taxied to the terminal in LAS, so probably wasn't wind. Another great post!
This is one of the most busy routes of Southwest Airlines and I flew on its before on my way back home to Florida

I'm not sure what the weather is like, but I'd imagine it's pretty nice during the day in November. Be sure to pack jackets for at night though. Las Vegas is notorious for getting cold at night.

This video take me 10 minutes. because i was speed the whole flight in 10:00X speed, and if i do 16:00X it will take me 3 mintutes. i was skipping the whole because i couldnt help it. i was boring. Great video btw :-)

My regular full time job has a unique schedule. I work 4 days and am off 3 days and then the next week I work 3 days and am off 4 days. So, my regular job gives me a lot of time to dedicate to this channel.
I’ve never been on an airplane before, I just turned 12 and I really want to go on an airplane and the first flight I wanna do is this one.
Well, I hope you get to do that soon my friend. Until then, you can take hundreds of flights here on the channel.

Had a question, when you fly on the 737-800 and when your descending into your location does it every get really loud, like it sound like the plane is using reverse thrust in the air, cause it sounds like that when I fly in the 800 and it scares me....

That's pretty much it. Since 2016, when the FAA changed the regulation, and started allowing small electronic devices to be used during all phases of flight. The only rules the airlines really have now, is that you're not supposed to record other passengers, and you're supposed to asked crew members before showing them in a video. Hence why I try to avoid showing other people as much as possible in my videos. Sometimes it's unavoidable though.

At 35.35 of this video there looks like a trail at the top of the mountain, I'm wondering if that's the Pacific Coast Trail that runs from Mexico to the Canadian Border...Anyone know if this is the trail here ??....Also when landing in Vegas, do they land North to South or Vice Versa ??

Well, I was supposed to fly on Delta today to Pensacola, Florida. Thanks to Hurricane Sally, all of my flights were cancelled. So, Delta footage was going to start on Friday, now it will be best week before it starts. I'm flying on Delta to Denver next Tuesday.
@@sla31 Thank! I'll wait. You have made the best channel in the world, there is no better channel quality, but I would like more variety, I would like to see Delta more often and would like to see JetBlue. And thanks for continuing to fly and upload videos during the covid-19 period.
Thanks my friend. I too want variety on my channel. I've really built my channel on variety. Covid sure changed things didn't it. More variety is coming soon! In October I have flights booked on some of the most unique airlines in the United States.

Would be nice with ATC
So, I don't add ATC for two reasons. First, I want to present the flight in the exact way it would've been if you were sitting in the seat instead of me. And second, I do everything on this channel by myself, in addition to working a regular full time job. It's very time consuming to find all the ATC communications for your flight, download then, and add them in where they're supposed to be. I just don't really have time to do it haha.
