hey Matt I heard that putting fibers on your hair must not stay when you sleep otherwise it will damage your hair follicles so you are obliged to wash your hair everyday which is not healthy. I usually wash my hair 3 times a week which is sufficient and good for my hair to stay a little oily.
yeah you are right but I only wash my hair with shampoo 2 times a week and even if I put hair fibers on every day, I will only use conditioner to wash it out and believe me, it helps to get rid of hair fibres completely.
no it won´t hurt your hair but mix castor oil with some softer oils like coconut oil. Castor oil only is too heavy and needs to be dissolved in carrier oil

I realized the same thing with the weight. I have thin hair as well and powders are the best thing to style my hair.

yeah, try nizoral shampoo, and apply lemon water remedy on your scalp daily until it disappears
I had the same issue. I was given antibiotics which i took for a week and they finished.

yeah I was thinking about it but I feel like this length is much easier to maintain. But I could skip the fibers if it would grow longer
