I want to take care of my health, however I have so many thoughts that tell me to forget about myself, focus on the needs of others. But I know that is not of the Lord. It will glorify God if I care about my health and appearance so I can have enough strength and health, and confidence to be used by Him rather then just barely getting by on taking care of myself. Sometimes we look too much at others. I think there definitely needs to be that sweet balance. For example, are house cant be messy, we eat takeout all the time, and barely look after our appearance but then we want to serve others. God showed me yesterday through Psalm 23 that He would like to restore my soul. I need to spend some time off social media and on checking on others and get back to what God wants, and to quit striving. I am going to be filled afresh with His Holy Spirit, and really start planning on the best way to glorify Him, because I was seeking Him daily but still not taking care of my own basic needs. Thank you for this video, I will commit my ways to the Lord.
