Beautiful home Chloe, I totally get your enthusiasm and pent up energy but I would alway suggest living for a while in the property before making any major changes just to get a feel of it and how it might work for you. Of course I know these days, younger people tend to want to do everything straightaway and have the money to do so but might be a little advice worth considering as you may find your original ideas change once lived in.

My friends lived central London in a condo for years and all of a sudden they decided to move to Surrey and they have the most beautiful home and lifestyle and when they need the more busy lifestyle, they head to London in 1/2 hour. They are so enjoying their place and it is home like yours. Can’t wait to see all your videos on your decorating. So excited for the both of you. Wish we had a Zara home where I live in Canada, but they closed it. Love all your home goods from there. I love your new bed, so beautiful. Love your HM home purchases. Absolutely in love with this home. I'm currently renovating and going for the exact same style with our interiors! I would definitely keep the dining room fireplace as it is, its so characterful! ❤
Just found your channel, how exciting to look forward to all the projects you are planning. You have to decide if you are going to be sympathetic to Georgian style or go for a modern twist. One thing if your windows are single glazed, interlined curtains would look stunning and be practical too. Blinds on their own can look cold. A local business or seamstress would be the way to go they would advise what would work and you would have a totally bespoke service and product. Best wishes for the future in your new home.

It’s always sad leaving an old home, I was the same when I moved from Essex to Devon, totally different from where I came from but you soon get used to your surroundings. Just so you know the back part of your house is also listed if it connects to the front of the house via a wall. It might be modern and not in the listing description, but if it shares a wall means it’s still listed (silly I know) It would be unlikely anyone would have an issue with you doing work to the modern but, but depending on what you would be doing it might still need consent. Before you do any works speak with your local authority so you don’t end up doing something you shouldn’t by accident. Beautiful house though!!

I can’t stop looking at this blog the house is going to be absolutely beautiful once you put your stamp on it. Chloe I have to say it , no disrespect from one interior decorator to another I’m not sure if I could do fake plants or basket on the range hood I’m a bit of a it should just be it’s own statement 😂😂😂 just saying 😂😂😂. Anyway absolutely love what your going to do your taste is super gorgeous just not into the fake plants 😂 🪴🫶🏼 x
As mentioned they wont be staying there this is initialing showing around the house as I was mid unpacking so things are not purposely placed right now its all just the first week of moving in - but thankyou :) x

Dried hydrangea heads can help protect new growth when we have a frost so make sure you keep some up on there otherwise they'll look bad for Spring!
