Norman Pain Was in Jail for 18 years, when he came out he discovered most of his family had died and no one had told him, and his wife had ran off and took the kids, that wrecked him, i'm not sure but i think this is where a lot of his lyrics come from. i think he's hurting inside mentally. but he's a genius. everyone loves him.
What the fuuuhh? That's wild.. I couldn't imagine. Holy crap. The main is pouring his heart and soul in his lyrics. I've always said it's fascinating when people can take pain like that and make beautifully, tragic art. I'm going to have to do my research on him.
@@TheBlackSpeed He was involved in a car crash and killed the husband and wife but stupidly he ran and tried to cover it up and was sentenced to 18yrs for manslaughter, during which time he lost everything wife kids parents the lot. I much MUCH prefer Norman Pain to Pete & Bas who I consider novelty act really but Norman really is an artist. See his video "Sonnet" so gritty and real
@@portiadavenport9866 Well, and to be fair I don't know Pete & Bas's story, but with a background like that I can see why you would. That is horrible, yet...I mean the climb back is something to admire, especially if he's at least trying to do right now. Wow. Appreciate that context.
@@TheBlackSpeed not sure if you have yet or not, but you should check out Golf by Pete & Bas ft. Norman. They all go into their backgrounds a bit in that song, especially Pete, him and Bas have gone through some gritty stuff to
@@zdr7420 Yeah? Okay, I'll have to remember that. I haven't gotten to that yet, but I'll add it on the list!
There's no pain, like Norman's pain 💔 🔥💯
i was so surprised about this song. i always saw him as a goofy dude, but the lyrics and the pain in them? this song broke my heart in a good way
Yeah, it was easy to dismiss quickly and then you hear what my man is saying. Just poetry and pain. His name is fitting.
Norman Pain - F*ck 🔥
You gotta drop Pete and Bas - Sindu Sesh ❤
I'ma do that one soon!
"GOLF" WITH PETE AND BAS + NORMAN PAIN
🔥🔥🔥
I know this has nothing to do with this particular video, but your camera and lighting is set up PERFECTLY. Props.
Haha oh yeah? That's what I like to hear, I take that seriously for myself and yall, so appreciate the shoutout on that.
Patrick Karneigh Junior - Sindhu Sesh 🔥🔥🔥
patrick karneigh juniors sindhu sesh is brilliant, hes freestyling it
I need to get more into these Sindhu Sesh's I see ha.
@@TheBlackSpeed its not so much sindhu sesh these are the names you need

Nine and Dex (pete and bas's grandsons and co writers)
React to pete and bas GOLF featuring Norman pain lol👍
Haha you got it, I have more of them to do.
From a white man from England like myself, thank you for the love towards Norman. This song is something else
Absolutely, I thank yall for showing him to me and the world. I have to react to more songs from him.
You neeeeeeed to watch Pete & Bas - Windowframe Cypher. Pete & Bas (obviously), Northern Boys (Norman Pain and Patrick Karneigh Junior), The Snooker Team (them and their crew). Windowframe Cypher has even more features...
Ooooo it's a thing with all of them in it? Okay, now I'm intrigued! I may just have to.
Just wait till you discover The northern boys.. featuring norman pain
Check out Norman Pain's video for Sonnet. Man spits nothin but pain and its meant
It's an awfully sad song at the heart of it... Then I read the comment going over what this guy went through... yikes.
But what a cool time to be alive if you love music... So many different genres starting to meld, so many different sounds being created and all of it at our figertips... Incredible... ❤️🔥
MORE!!
Pete and Bas!
Nice and Dex!
Haha I need to do more, in time they are coming for sure!
Let's gooooo 🔥
This was a LIT reaction ❤
Haha appreciate you! Glad you liked it.
On the one hand us Brits look across the pond and often complain about the weird world of the states, while on the other hand we do weird in a whole different league.
For example we also have "Chap-hop", which is the most English version of rapping imaginable.
Lmao chap hop? I've never heard of that, I'm going to have to look into it. And you know how it goes, grass being greener, from the outside looking in, etc. etc. Everything is always weird to the 'other' haha. What makes us great.
@@TheBlackSpeed The best example of chap-hop is "Mr.B the Gentleman Rhymer" He did a song about the history of hip-hop so maybe that could be a good start point.
(However I most enjoy his song Hermitage Shanks).
Suggestion for you...Shinedowns cover of Simple Man. You will have multiple goosebumps
😂 when you said who is Norman Pain- I knew you were about to find tf out❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Haha and find out I did. The man is a beast.
@@TheBlackSpeed did you listen to PKJ “twins of darkness” yet? The northern boys can’t make a mistake!
I haven't, I'm new to ALL this kind of music haha. I have a journey and rabbit hole to go down I've learned.
@@TheBlackSpeed would love to see a Gurridyula “onamission” reaction! You have the best takes imho
That's really kind of you, I really appreciate that. I'll have to try and remember to do that one. I'm always open to new music!
❤️🔥. Elderly Rap😂😂. That dude is good
Hahaha he's too good, I loved it!
Frist time sending a thanks. I used the Thanks button before I read about the link tree. Classic middle-aged lady move : ) Hope it went through. I sent two great song requests. Much love 💗 Sue
That worked too, and I really do appreciate it. :) Either or works. It went through just fine.
Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
I assume this is the Ronnie video? Just a lyric one? ruclips.net/video/jMqHxJW6Vs4/видео.html
Norman has a bunch of solo tracks on his personal YT channel
I'ma have to definitely check those out.
I think it's something in the water over in the UK 🤷♂️😂❤️
Thames water comes to mind 😱 🤣
Boston's More Than a Feeling is the BEST feel good classic rock song EVER! 1976. You've likely heard the hook in a commercial or movie, but nothing like hearing it all the way through. Play it loud. The voice soars and the guitars carry you from the smooth moments to the plethora of high notes. (Known for its flawless transitions.) I suggest the lyric video attached - lest you become hypnotized by the lush parade of mustaches.

Also, Ronnie Dunn's Cowgirls and Rock n Roll is great. He's a County singer/songwriter OG. He has ton of songs, but this is the only one I rock to. The lyrics are not to be ignored. Even has a few doubles in there. (below) If you do both in one sitting, Ronnie first. End with More than a Feeling.
Much love (heart) Sue
Cowgirls and Rock n Roll:
Dark whiskey and tequila shots
Heart breakers and forget me nots
Good smoke, beat up boots
That's how we roll that's what we do
Que paso hey pard yo yo
Play back in black, set em up Joe
Miss Tejas puttin on a show
All lit up in the neon glow
Cowgirls rock n roll
Tattoos and pick up trucks
Cowboys country songs
Cold beer, the good stuff
Got a buzz, gotta draw(l), got a twang
Got a bite like copperhead fangs
Cowgirls rock and roll
Tattoos and pickup trucks
Tall one at the bar, she was raised on a farm
Goth, black ponytail, ink on her arm
Out here in the way back
Doing things she shouldn't be doing like that
Ghost of hank still hanging on
Snoop and Willie keep singing that song
Brown jar liquor got a shotgun kick
Got it going on out here in the sticks
Cowgirls rock n roll
Tattoos and pick up trucks
Cowboys country songs
Cold beer the good stuff
Got a buzz gotta drawl got a twang
Got a bite like copperhead fangs
Cowgirls rock and roll
Tattoos and pickup trucks
Cowgirls rock n roll
Tattoos and pick up trucks
Cowboys country songs

Thank you VERY much for this donation. :) I really, really appreciate it. I'll be sure to fast-track this video and get it up as soon as I can! And haha I love how you talk about it, I'm going to hope and assume I'll feel the same way.
I'll try to perhaps do them both in one sitting and put it in the same video, unless you recommend they be separate videos! Up to you. Let me know. :) Feel free to message me on my personal IG.
It took a while, but the video is coming soon!
Hey, I did the video! I hope you've seen it by now and enjoyed it. :) Comment on it (if you haven't already) so I can see you.
I encourage you to check out The Northern Boys. Features a more light hearted Norman Pain.
geriatric rap
Haha just a lil jokey joke
Damn bro great reactio, I've met Norman Pain and he seems like a genuinely good dude who's been through some shit
I'd love to see you react to Pharoahe Monch - Trilogy it's a vibe
Much appreciated, glad you liked the video! And you have? Wow, lucky. I'd love to meet him one of these days. I always seem to gravitate towards people that have been through shit.
I'll add it to the list and see when we can get to it. :)
