I just bought one of these today. The assembly was easy however mine did not come with the front fender. I have emailed support so we will see how long it takes to respond. The bike is incredibly strong and very fast. I weigh 250 and was able to hit 34mph. The hills in my neighborhood were nothing for this ebike. If you are looking to buy this bike, do not hesitate. It is well worth the money
