Thank the GFSM! I had assumed from the finale that is was the finale for the series. I now know that it WAS intended that way, and was written and shot when only 13 episodes had been ordered, and then they got an additional 7 or so and now, finally a new season of about the same length as this one. So, they've written themselves some holes to fill.......(if they decide to do so). Showrunner said that the new series will start with a gap of a year and will at least begin in London.
H Nations It would have been a great finale. I actually hope, to get more than one additional season. This series is just to awesome. But if you compare the ratings to the beginning seasons, the 7th itself is more than a surprise.
Tom Hughes is no longer with Ophelia. Theyre broke up and Tom end with Ophelia’s friend and his on screen partner on Victoria, Jenna Coleman since 2016
maybe the us marshall storyline goes nowhere and Jon Michael Hill stays at the show .... there are no public informations confirming him leaving the show

it's not true. there is not statement of divorce. Jonny and Michelle just live a more private life. :)))
