Dr. Ford is a Doctor of psychology and a research psychologist at the Stanford University of Medicine. supposedly considered to be an expert in the field. Yet while attending her own therapy sessions she didnt want to talk about her trauma to get past it (for all of 36 years) 🤔. I certainly wouldn't want to take her class as she is clearly not qualified to teach others how to practice psychology and/or perform frontline research in the very area she herself has not mastered. It's sad she endured these pains to whatever degree. But she is not fit to be a professor of psychology and should not be granted to conduct what would be considered legitimate psychological research.

I agree with you! I am a licensed mental health professional and I was shocked at how unstable she was. I am also a victim of sexual abuse and I think she should be ashamed of herself! I remember how I got to the house where I was abused. I remember the city where the house was. I remember the season, the make and model of the car I was taken in, the fact that one guy had an afro and the other was bald, I remember the color of the gun and how I was dropped off the next morning after I was made to sleep on the floor and I remember his name! This is a travesty for all the men that get victimized with false accusations by women who use this tactic to get what they want or punish innocent men. She also said she had no familiarity with trauma memory factors???? Really as a psychologist? Our education teaches us about trauma, memory, and other related issues. She also had to keep asking the lawyers on her left and right what to say. Meanwhile Kavanaugh had no one sitting to his left or right. She probably was sexually abused (but not by Kavanaugh) but there are various trauma studies that say that the memory of victims overtime can be changed especially when the individual has had other trauma in his/her life - which she admitted to! The Democrats are so very desperate because they are afraid that if he gets into that Supreme Court seat, abortion (the multi-billion dollar industry) will go down the drain. I pray for Brett Kavanaugh and he should remember, "No weapon formed against [him] shall prosper."

Peter Dunn I fear we have been sold down the river. We're very close to transitioning, if not already, to one of the unfortunate countries in the EU. I'm of Hungarian descent and had the opportunity to go to Hungary for a year when I was 18 years old (1995). I'm so glad that when I take my family in the near future, it will be as I left it - A Hungarian culturally rich society - not a migrant infested rats nest of "multiculturalism" if that's what they want to call it in Germany, Sweden, UK, etc. If you have cultural pride and want to maintain that in Europe, you are a xenophobe, a racist, and unhumanitarian. Here in Canada, we have no money to give to our veterans, but we have $50,000 per family of four to give to migrant "refugees". And don't let anyone tell you different. That is what it costs tax payers the first year after they arrive not to mention the cost of access to dentistry and healthcare at no expense. The sad part is, it's even more than that, because there are more migrant families consisting of 6 to 8 people per family then there is families of 4 - this is a statistical fact. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. If you want to help people and victims of foreign conflict, HELP THEM THERE! People always say, "Well you are a migrant, you're family are migrants too. What if that was the attitude back then?" The difference is that my grandparents never got handouts. They came here, immediately went to the farms to work and slowly built a future while learning English in a short while. Now today, we have migrants coming here, not contributing to society, overburdening our social systems and healthcare, could care less about learning one of the two nationally recognized languages and flaunting our laws and societal norms due to there inability to conform to the laws of the land and a desire to change our social and theological landscape. All the while, being supported financially and with policy change and enforcement by our Liberal governments. While we're at it, let's give free post secondary education to low income families! So because my wife and I weren't satisfied to work part-time at Tim Horton's and top up with social services as a career, we have to pay for our children's education, while others get a free ride. And what is stopping a kid from just dropping out because "they don't like it anymore". All of the money for books, tuition at the tax payers expense down the drain because there is no repercussion for failure. Most kids who know there parents had to save and cut corners to put them through school are exponentially less likely to drop out due to feelings of remorse, guilt, etc. You think a kid who got a free ride would hesitate to drop out when things get tough? They, and their families have nothing to lose - it's at OUR EXPENSE. I know this has turned into a bit of an rant and essay, but man oh man, do I get angry when I see what we've become and where we are headed. Now go ahead liberals...like usual, reply that I'm incompassionate, a xenophobe, and a racist.

Life long South Carolinian here, never liked or voted for Lindsey Graham, but today that changes. Hopefully he STAYS this brave and honest. If so he's got my vote.
This is the second time I have heard this. Living outside SC he looks like a old guy.
Jealous Tennessean here. I don't what it is about the Senate , it's almost like a the place where conservatives go lose their way. Are they playing Bolshevik propaganda songs in the elevators there or something????
I have to tell you, I watched most of this stuff today because I had the day off. I didn't vote for Trump and I know people don't like him. But this whole thing smells so fishy for various reasons and let's look at them logically without getting emotional about what we may like or dislike about President Trump.
1) They had this accusation about Kavanaugh for some time, but suddenly spring it on him right before a vote is coming. If it was so devastating, why didn't it come out sooner? And if it was supposed to be confidential, then why was it leaked to the press? Why not settle this behind closed doors?
2) Once the accusation came out, why did they let this man wait for over a week before having a hearing? And why was the evidence so vague? How come the witnesses against Kavanaugh testified that he wasn't there? How about this one woman against 65 that vouched for his character? Kavanaugh wanted a fair hearing sooner than later, but it seemed like a stall tactic.
3) By the time it was time for a committee hearing, suddenly we get two more women come out of the woodwork that accuse him of drinking/rapping at college and during his employment. So now we have two more vague accusations where there's not clarity. Yet now we want to paint this guy to be the worst rapist in the world. Well, if that's the case, we shouldn't be having a hearing, we should be calling law enforcement to have him locked up for a crime based on witnesses and evidence. Why wasn't this done and done sooner since this guy has been working in D.C. for some time now?
4) While the democrats may say this isn't politics, why would four or five people on the committee who are democrats demand that Kavanaugh ask for a FBI investigation to delay his nomination when he's been through 6 FBI inquiries and the very questions the FBI would ask could be asked at the hearing. Even Joe Biden was quoted saying that an FBI investigation, if anyone knew how it worked, would only show he said/she said and not render a "verdict" at all. It would seem the repeated attempts to pin Kavanaugh to ask for this investigation shows the clear intent to stall this nomination until the mid-terms.
5) Finally, this stuff about sexual accusations against someone still doesn't override the fact that people are innocent until proven guilty. We are so brainwashed in this age to believe any woman that makes an accusation is automatically brave and innocent and the accuser is wicked and guilty. So people assume Kavanaugh's a liar because he's been accused, but no one thinks at all that this woman or women could be lying? No offense, but I watched this today and felt the pain of this man being accused of something that came out of left field. I laugh when people coin the phrase "Trump derangement syndrome," but now I'm beginning to think it's a real thing. But the bottom line, it's just straight up sinful if the left is carting out women to accuse a man of doing something that he never did.
