You guys are great! My step-son would like to join the military. While looking around youtube, we came across your video. I did twenty years in the Navy myself. You and Paguese really get it! Love the feeling I got watching Paguese and you too. You have learned and are learning all of the best things that you should take away from your time in the Navy. I hope you do travel to some interesting places. I have lived in seven different countries and I've traveled around the world to so many other international places, I lost count years ago. And it all began for me when I joined the U. S Navy. Watching you made me smile, made me laugh and made me proud. Thank you, and best of luck to you both . Fair Winds and Following Seas

Awnnnn Thank You so much! Reading this made me smile. It also made me feel so great, I’m so glad I can reach out to people out there and make them feel this way and not only you understand us so well! I very much appreciate this comment. Thank you again! I wish the best of luck to your son in choosing the best route for him!❤️ And I’m happy you enjoyed your years in the military and felt it was worth it!

I love this video, I’m considering joining the navy and most of the videos I watched people were saying negative things about it and getting me scared

Loved the deeper focus! Too much information is about more surface level struggles or requirements. I’m debating joining instead of/ before going back to college

I feel you , there’s two recommendations I can give you , take swim lessons or try to teach yourself as much as you can before you ship out. Lastly, have faith and push through in bootcamp and allow them to teach you how to swim and see how far that goes. You will make it, if you really want it!

Hey did they check your medical records and pharmacy history 🤔

No they just gone exam your body and whatever you medically tell them then that’s on you or up to you! I wouldn’t tell them anything if you really want to join!

I've been in the process of joining the Navy for the last year, and it's taking SO LONG because my recruiter asked for ALL of my medical records and pharmacy records as well. Some of my medical stuff we did keep "quiet", but had everything ready to go in case MEPS asked for it. Some stuff they're giving me grief over, and I have to go for a second consult. My advice if it's not in the disqualification list, or in ANY current records as a diagnosis keep it to your self.
