Waiting on them to allow orgs who use Avalara in Zoho Books to use FSM! Hopefully soon. We need it.
Tyler thanks for the video. Do you know why the assets (items sold) don't come over from Books? They come over as parts, but when you create the request, it asks for the asset. You have to manually create it. It would be nice if the FSM knew what the customer purchased so they could select it and add it.
Is there a way to connect Zoho Forms and Zoho FSM? I've connected Zoho Forms to Zoho FSM but I am unable to get the Zoho Forms to integrate. In other words, when I go to integrations under the specific form, there is not a Zoho FSM option. What do you recommend?
Hi Pat Krapfl, At this time there is no native integration between Zoho FSM and Zoho Forms. You could, however, integrate Zoho Forms and Zoho FSM each to Zoho CRM and use the CRM as a kind of middle server.
About crews in Zoho FSM, are you sure the description you gave in this video is accurate? Because I got the impression that crew is like Teams in Zoho Projects. Just a grouping of individual users.

Wow.. What a great Tutorial. Thank you kindly 🙏 to you and everyone at Zenatta. Quick question: if ZCRM & ZBooks are blank, is it wise to add Goods & Services in FSM and then integrate them to ZCRM/ZBooks?
Hi BluRealty! We'd recommend adding all of the Items first to Zoho Books, then syncing from there into Zoho CRM and FSM.
This ensures all of your Items will be mapped to the proper GL accounts from day one.
For a construction business that does repairs and services, but also remodeling, Could this be integrated with books, projects and CRM.
We have quick service calls but we do quite a bit of longer more detailed projects also.
Or do you have another suggestion?
I dont want to use too many apps and make things confusing for our team.
Hi Cristian, Currently the integration for FSM to CRM actually requires the use of Zoho Books or Zoho Invoice to enable the integration.
Zoho Projects is not supported natively at this time.
Do we get FSM with Zoho One? What bundles include Zoho FSM?

Hi Tyler, Thanks for the excellent video. We're a startup IT Services company. As you know, the IT industry has THOUSANDS of variations of hardware, software, services and skills. Do you know if Zoho FSM has the ability to import a master list of ~2,000 "Skills" for the company, as well as an individual list of ~500 "Skills" for each field tech? In a perfect world, each field tech could login to Zoho FSM and EASILY select the ~500 Skills that apply to them, but I don't believe that is possible (so I'm guessing that importing each list would be the best approach). Also, I'm wondering if Zoho FSM has the ability to send TEXT notifications to the field techs for new jobs (to see if they're interested) - but FILTERED based on their Skills? If not, then maybe Zoho CRM has that ability (and I know that Zoho CRM can be integrated with Zoho FSM). Thanks Tyler!

Zoho FSM is not a stand alone software app. It is cloud-based like Zoho's other suite of applications. If you are interested in trying this out, you can visit: fsm.zoho.com/
