My neighbors are going to think I am a psycho when they see me in my driveway this weekend…and I love that.
facts socio gang!
love it!
Mine know I'm psycho (that's what psychological warfare is all about)...
I try to do those things more in private so I don't get the swat team showing up.
Depends on how far off your neighbors are.
In town do it inside and close tour blinds
Lol 😂

@@cc5855 definitely steroids but still gotta give the man credit for where he's at today. give 99.9% of people his injuries and put them on some cycles and they still wont recover like him. still gotta put the work in
I am very grateful for this. I'm learning as much as I can from all sorts of podcasts and I've never heard anyone talk about footwork. I've always wondered why because in my head I'm thinking that's gotta be very important. I've seen all sorts of things but haven't stumbled across footwork stuff. So thank you very much. Also I'm very grateful for all you guys have done and continue to do. Hopefully the people who watch stuff like this are paying attention. Thank y'all
Thanks Vern for providing extremely valuable information and instruction for free. Your videos mimic what we did at a big 12 d1 program and have stood the test of time for obvious reasons. Good shit.
Keep em coming Vernon. Love it. I'm still learning everyday how to develop more functional strength and explosiveness at 42. Even with a background in Exercise Physiology your videos are super helpful and continue to add to my knowledge base. Thanks again
Sideways movement you can’t beat the split step that tennis players use, It’s real explosive, Good advice in all these vids

As long as I have watched you guys, I knew that guy on the right did some work in the military. You can point them out after spending 30 years in the gun club. You guys are legit.
Awesome tips! Rock climbing, even just bouldering in the climbing gym is very good for body awareness, its also good for grip strength.
absolutely
Good stuff
Funny how a lot of training we did in hockey resembles this I remember practicing crossovers I still do the same thing from time to time in the house awesome movements
I have worked with hockey and definitely have taken some of those movements across all my training
Amazing

Superb! Great points. Preserve elasticity.

oh god I can't take another load of knowledge 🥵🥵🥵
That’s what she said
Step brother, I didn’t clear my corner, can you help me?
Vic’s right, bro. Believe in yourself. You can take many more loads than you think.
I threw out a hip flexor just watching DJ move like that.
What about eye exercises? Has anyone tried that? Like can I make my eyes adapt to dark faster by doing it over and over? Can I see better at night in general by just trying it more? Can I process moving objects better?
I believe that your ability to see in the dark does not improve with practice - as it is a physical limitation of your eyes. Although, you could probably get better at identifying objects faster in the dark - as that is a skill. You could also learn to adapt to your normal level of seeing in the dark faster; I don't recall the full list, but if I'm not mistaken taking deep breaths and consuming sugar speed up the process of your eyes adapting to the darkness.
I’m curious about the skateboards now
Just play sports and it comes naturally
ollieing on a skateboard helps
Beckley ?? WV ??
Omg 😆 omg 😆
I suck at jumproping
Id love to see the actual CBQ runs with a ‘foot cam,’ showing how complex the footwork really is, + I have a foot fetish! CQB foot porn? Barefoot, maybe a beach house? 😂
The shooting industry has become one big meme 🤦🏻♂️
How so? Please elaborate. You sound like you’ve got a lot figured out.
😂 so now people need “tactical” workouts?
When you come from the world DJ came from, yes. But I’m sure your tier 1 video game workouts make you an authority on direct action and hostage rescue.
Are you for real?
The moment rounds start to fly around your ass you’ll see how quickly you’ll forget those special “moves”.
I’m pretty sure GBRS group are qualified to explain training and positioning for CQB. Not many people have had more rounds sent their way mate 😂
Some do and that’s why they are saying exactly the same thing I was saying earlier.
The whole point of this is that so when rounds DO start flying you keep control of your body and are able to function
If your footwork sucks, it’s not you, or your practice, it’s your sneakers. Get better sneakers and your footwork will get better……just going by the logic of gbrs, smh 🙄
