These videos are absolutely priceless. Speaking as a person who is training with your programme, with access to training videos and comments - the value of these is still mind blowing. Thanks so much for sharing!
A few weeks ago I saw DJ Shipleys interview in Shawn Ryan podcast. DJs story about his physio rehabbing his infected hip during selection, deployment was inspiring. After such an incredible interview, I was compelled to google DJ Shipley workout and here I am. This content is solid, I like the hybridization of mobility and strength in the big lifts which has a more reality based approach to the slightly older lifter with nagging injuries.
Never getting off this program. This style of training has changed how I navigate life. I am a completely different person when it comes to the connection I have with my entire body as a system.
Monday pull Tuesday push Wednesday core Thursday legs Friday arms We hit basically the entire body in some capacity everyday. Grip Monday Wednesday Friday. Mobility 6 days a week. If you’re curious about it jump on. I’ve been on for a year in a half and not slowing down. Cheers
Like this. Had 5 years off training due to illness and have just started in the gym again. Swim every day and yoga twice a week. Lower back chronic pain due to disc degeneration but I feel moving ( motion is lotion ) in yoga, gym coupled with swimming every day is helping no end. Been told I will be in constant pain forever but I definitely like these exercises and just need to lose the timber to assist the lower back. Subscribed from the UK 💪🏻
Great video, do you have any plans to put out a shoulder specific mobility program like you have for the hips? I'm loving the hip mobility program so far but my shoulders need some love too!
Actually in the works right now. Plan to release a shoulder specific and back specific in the next month or two! I appreciate the support and glad the hip one is going well for you!
When it comes to bench I look at John welbourns thoughts “if you think the bench press isn’t functional you’ve probably never been in a fight or a mosh pit
Never been in a mosh pit, been in enough fights to know this is a not necessarily true. There are way too many factors to determine if bench is a functional asset to fighting. I just know the best fighters in the world barely bench. And the best benchers in the world barely fight. It’s probably somewhere in the middle but I wouldn’t take that guys quote on bench as gospel.

We need a full leg day workout
That’s the next one planned! Hoping to capture either next week or the week after worst case scenario
And cardio please 😊😊😊

What are your thoughts on TRT for those that are 40+ years of age?
Hey Vernon, do you guys ever do any sprint/agility work?
We have actually been shifting into a block of more athleticism. Going to be sharing more of it
@@vernongriffith4 nice!
Great content as always!!
Please consider an “arm farm” video. Thank you!
is this next weeks programming for press day?
No this is actually from a month ago. Got really behind on editing. Hoping to expedite the process so it doesn’t take as long next time
What make/model of shoes are you guys wearing?
That adjustable bench looks comfy as shit
It definitely is.
You guys should invite Alex Kanellis/Landmine University for a knowledge transfer
Absolutely not
Do you only do 1 set of every exercise?
The screen grab of every movement that pops up shows how many sets and reps we were programming that day
Wicked😎
407lbs bench natural is insane

Everyone should know kettlebell has a sport with competitions

@4:28 as cool as all the fluff is, it's drastically inferior to more basic (and realistic / functional) moves.
