    Purchase rosemary essential oil and add 40 drops to each 16 oz new bottle of shampoo and your conditioner and shake well.

    When I started losing my hair during menopause, I started using Saw Palmetto. It sort of blocks the hormone that causes the hair to fall out. Anyway- it works AND my hair stopped graying so much! It actually got darker again- no, it didn't stop all the grays, just noticeably LESS gray.

    So glad that I found you. I'll be turning 55 in July and I'm seeing lots of changes this year. Your videos certainly help. I watched your video on crepey arm skin and I'm tempted to try the castor oil, coconut oil that you suggested. Could you provide the ratio? Thanks from muggy Toronto xo

    I have been using castor oil along with my deep conditioner once a week. I'll sleep with a satin bonnet covering my hair. Haven't had too much of a problem washing it out. So, in place of castor oil, rosemary oil is better for the scalp? Do you use it in the same way as castor oil? The only thing I'm not doing to belie my age is to color it. I feel my natural color would be hard to achieve & hard to maintain, so as the grays come in, the texture is changing & causing it to break. Been trying to use other techniques to avoid as much breakage as possible. I appreciate your content & your easygoing attitude. Thank you for your tips.

      Thank you so much for your comment. Yes I gently massage in the rosemary oil solution it’s so nice and smells amazing!! I leave it on for the night or a few hours. It’s so much easier to use than castor oil and I’d say the results and comparable if not better. The Rosemary oil is proven to reduce the grays too 🙏I hope that helps ☺️

    I noticed when you discussed supplements you had a picture of Viviscal in the bottom left of the screen but didn't mention it in your description. Are you using Viviscal and if so are you finding that it helps with hair growth?
    Would love a video showing how you use the Dyson Airwrap to create your hair style (which I love, BTW 🙂). Also, what hair texture do you have?

    • @FabulousOver50
      @FabulousOver50  Месяц назад +1

      Yes I take Viviscal everyday, if I’m being honest I forgot how to pronounce it so dimply left it at supplements 🤦‍♀️😅 it’s incredible but it’s pricey.
      My hair is quite fine with no body to speak of.
      Yes I’d be happy to do a hair tutorial soon ☺️

    Like your videos, I really do but I feel you are talking almost exclusively to USA , it’s all dollars and American phrases. Trying to see past this but I do find it niggles at me

    • @FabulousOver50
      @FabulousOver50  Месяц назад +2

      I’m so sorry, I do try to articulate and convey to my British and American audience equally. Naming things pants and trousers, talking in dollars and pounds. It’s a tricky one as although I’m in the U.K. 85% of my audience are in the US. I’ll try harder, as I truly want to appeal to women everywhere 🩷
