Justice BP Jeevan committee's 3 recommendations wrt AFSPA, 1958-
    1. It said it as a draconian act and have become a Symbol of Oppression and should be repealed (Human Rights Violation)
    2. Instead, UAPA,1967 should be used after some modifications stating clearly specific powers of the Armed forces and Central forces
    3. Grievance Cells should be made if AFSPA is used, if any serious case comes then proper actions should be done against the Armed officer if he is found guilty

Those who are doubting the Army or need of "AFSAC" , go & serve in only 1 months in only chattisgarh, I'm not saying to North - East or J&K , just in Chattisgarh !
Is the Human rights & civil rights are only for civilians , are Army officers & other ranks aren't human being !!

Grievance cell to be set up in each district where the law is in force
State government if demands then central government can deploy force but not more than 6 months
Non commissioned officer shall have the power to fire

Justice Jeevan Reddy committee suggestion :
    1. AFSPA is a draconian law and should be repealed.
    2. Grievance redressal mechanism to be build
    3. UAPA to replace AFSPA with certain humane modifications
