i have an lgk10 and it has the video call feature when i try to video call an lgk7 it wont work i turned the voltae on and when he trys to call me the screen will do it but wont go through with the call

I bought a note 10 plus and put it on my metro pcs account and 3 months later I accidently put the phone In my washer. The phone is fried now so I bought another one. The exact same phone and just put this new one on my line and the camera for metro is not on this phone and idk why. It replaced it with google meet . I'm so upset now and I wanted ro know if you know how to fix this ? That was one feature that I missed the most was the camera option and I finally got it back and it's gone now.

I have the LG K7 by Metro pcs and i have the video call icon in my dialer but when i try to make a video call to someone it just cuts off

+Kamisha Beasley i know also if there phone dosnt support the video calling feature it wont work..so it might not be your phone. But make sure in settings volte is checked for the video call feature with your lg K7.

Maybe it is because the are trying to video call doesn't have MetroPCS and that's why I didn't work or maybe they don't have an LG
