Rasam - 1 liter - രസം
Ingredients - ചേരുവകൾ
Tamarind - 25 g. - വാളൻ പുളി
Tomato - 200 g - തക്കാളി
green chilly - 2 - പച്ചമുളക്
ginger - 10 g -ഇഞ്ചി
garlic - 15 g - വെളുത്തുള്ളി
coconut oil - 3 tbsp - വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ
mustard - 1tsp - കടുക്
Dried chilly - 4 - വറ്റൽ മുളക്
Chilly powder - 1/2 tbsp - മുളക്പൊടി
Coriander powder - 1 tsp - മല്ലിപൊടി
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp - മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി
Fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp - ഉലുവപ്പൊടി
curry leaves - കറിവേപ്പില
asafoetida - 2 tsp - കായം പൊടി
black pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp - കുരുമുളക്പൊടി
coriander leaves - 25 g -മല്ലിയില
salt- ഉപ്പ്
water - 4 cup - വെള്ളം
