Paul's concert is the first concert I attended in my life. That was April 1987 in Taipei. Time flies, but I can still remember vividly his excellent performance!

One of the best ad libbers ever. With London Beat, those guys were amazing. Other songs like Save the Last Dance, Cupid, Davey Crockett, they'd just roll into them mid song... Some Kinda Wonderful into Can I get a Witness, then back to Wonderful... :) Met him with Los Pacaminos last May and afterwards back stage he gave me and my wife all the time in the world chatting... :) In fairness we had just told him we fell in love to a soundtrack of his songs...

His voice is so silky smooth, so sexy. I watched some videos of him recently and the voice is not the same anymore. But he already has a prominent place in musical history and also in my heart.

The delivery of the last line of the song at 6:34 had a more melancholy feel to it than I was expecting or had experienced from the song before. I found it surprisingly touching.
