It seems on Act 1 , they are showing how the story of creation with the primary elements, Act 2 shows how can humanity protect the creation. And in Act 3 the Tree of life help humanity to survive. And in the interlude it shows can humans corrupt the tree of life ... That is my interpretation of the MV
