I have a question for you. Do you have to reheat your chocolate while working on your strawberries? If you do for how long?

Unless you have a chocolate bain marie or heating pad I recommend reheating in microwave for only around 5 seconds every 5 - 10 minutes. The amount of reheating will depend on your working room temperature. More videos coming soon 🙂

Hi Teneta, I soak for just a few minutes in 4 parts water and 1 part vinegar. Then rinse with fresh water and pat dry.
