Looks good, lovely colours. Btw- you only need to take a sliver off the bottom of the leeks. If you wanted to go Italian you could replace the leeks with peppers and the soup with passata. Add more oregano than you'd believe and Eccolo! Italiano. 😊

Oh that looked so nice that's one on my list for winter food I always defrost my chicken before I put it in slow cooker I love beef stews too or sometimes I use minced beef your right a slow cooker costs less than an oven or stove top

My garlic salt dries up I think it's cause I add it to hot food the steam gets in it and it ends up in a hard lump I should probably put it on a spoon first 🤣xxjulsxx

I use my slow cooker lots. Made a chicken curry yesterday and still some left for today.

Looks wonderful. The only change I would make is adding mushrooms about 1/2 hour before serving. Of course, I add mushrooms to everything.😅😅😅😅
