Honestly, the only thing I moded was a retaliator but I fixed it for a friend I didn’t really do anything to it. And a night finder for k-22 to fire half lengths with a cpvc speed loader. I I just appreciate the hobby and all the love that people put into it.
Ironically my predator broke in the exact same spot as his hawk and his rapid fire tech. I didn't even try to upgrade it, it just broke when I went to prime it. If he ever finds a way to cast that part, I would be willing to buy one.

I'm working on making a modular longshot. I'm getting a custom metal plunger rod, but it is custom made to be extended and have a handle making it pull back. I'm getting a artifact plunger head, and backplate, and a catch made by the same guy as the plunger rod. I minimized it and am adding 3/4 pvc thread, but I'm out of town, so I can't do it. Adding a 10 kg nerf turf spring, and a 16kg nerf turf spring, for the same power as a full K26! I'm excited!
annython 9008 my friend has one that he got (thrifting) and it shoots 80 fps and a high of 90 fps don't think it is modded looks like a stock (new) predator. he uses it at every war even tho its a one shot.
I have a problem with these bolt action blaster 1.the screw post of the catch tend to break and hard to fix 2. dart post is outdated need to remove AR and dartpost so u can shot modern elite dart properly dart still abit too long compare the old buzzbee dart but I make it work also there is a 3d part to make hunter mag fed and shoot short dart
I kinda want to see those first three without the plunger tubes and instead using an air tank system, so the bolt action is just for chambering darts. Mostly because most Air powered blasters need some kind of bolt action system anyways, why not just go with the ones that already have it to begin with.
Saw a comment that said can the rival magazines take a k-26. I think the spring would fit but the rivalag springs are relatively light and compress easily. The k26 doesnt compress easily. I think the strength of the spring would overpower the notch that keeps the rival balls in the magazine
I know that the rapid fire tek isnt in here but i have an idea to make it have an internal mag that doesnt petrude out making it look horrible. I know it will probobly only hold like three but i want the looks for a deathslinger cosplay.

Or is that actually like a measure of stiffness? I know from physics that you use k as a spring constant that measures the springs stiffness so is a K26 sprint like a way to say it’s a sprint with a stiffness of 26? Or is it just like a model name for that specific spring?
8:06 Have you ever considered casting your own parts? Not saying it'd be the easiest thing in the world to do, and certainly not viable for repairing a goodwill Buzzbee rifle you technically have two copies of already. But for parts you'd want on personal blasters it might be a thing. I've seen it done in aluminum for restoring lost parts on toy cars. Probably wouldn't want to do anything large and complex like a bolt sled, but triggers and other small parts could be done. Same for smaller plunger rods I'd imagine too.
I don't know the exact proportions of these rods, but if they are just rods, what's wrong with fashioning one out of some wood dowel? It may be a bit weighty, but it should work.
No, it is a two part collapsing rod. Kinda like the Cycloneshock. It is how the y make it so the bolt can go back forward rather than staying back. The downside is that the plunger rod thus has to have that slot down the middle and it makes it very weak.
Oooh, it's one of those, Okay yeah, wood wouldn't work. If you can get soem metal pipe and cut a slot down one side and have a second metal pipe fit inside it with a screw in it to go down the slot, that might work. Metalworking is a lot of effort though.
I love the idea of shells, but as you said, they are never executed well. The only shell using blaster I have seen is a bolt action magazine fed blaster I cannot remember the name of for the life of me. It gets about 60 feet angled and the shells eject reliably. When I find out the name of it I will tell you!

Where did it originate from, what was its original purpose, how widely used is the k26, how many kg of force does it provide a nerf blas-tor and why did you chose the K26 as opposed to say... it's predecessor the inferior K25 or its successor, the upgraded K27 ...or for that matter the arguably more superior, the K27b? =P My old man jabbering aside I'm not looking for a Wikipedish amount of information on the spring but I am actually interested in the significance of the K26 spring. i had a hunter but somebody in my family stepped on it and the stock broke. then one day my mom noticed it and threw it away, while it was still working. im sad about that
I would suggest getting a hornet crossbow and integrating it with the predator. I did that with I'm and feels amazing. it adds a wood stock and wooden foregrip.
If you can get a working one maybe make a version for printing print in wax and then cast it in metal using lost wax casting. I know a shop in London that could do it would just need thenpart to get it designed.
If you increase the size of the hunter's barrel, as well ad the stock, you could possibly turn that thing into an AT rifle

you could wrap the plunger rod in fiberfix it is at home depot for $10 and it would make it stronger than originally I just used it super easy to use

"K26" is the last 3 characters if the springs serial number on McMaster-Carrs website. As far as I know it has no other meaning.

I don't think wood would be strong enough. The catch is on the rod and the whole thing has to be fairly thin.

Bryce Harper it's a stats blast bolt action that's really powerful.
There is also the Shotguns from them and with the new long range darts from air warriors make them way better to use.
