Legend! I have a suitcase with this exact lock mechanism and the suitcase code reset itself when changing the numbers after closing and locking it. This was a day before leaving for our holiday! Thanks to this video, we got it open and set the code back.
Going the same way as him didn’t work for me but once I got all the holes in the same way I changed one number on each until it worked. Turns out for me I needed to turn in the other direction. (He went clockwise but for me, it was anticlockwise). Hope it helps!
