This actually works. It saved me going to a professional or get this lock break. I accidentally changed password and forgot what it was. Today 11th dec 2019 looked up at 2 videos and this video actually seemed making sense. We did it ourselves following the steps as shown in this video and it actually worked. Wow awesome. And a big thank you. This saved our time and money and the suitcase as ince the actual suitcase lock is broken then you are left with an only option to use the chain lock. But this security locks are great.

Naw i think its the stupid locks. I got mine unlocked, reset password. Locked again and pw didn't work..the locks must be faulty because I set mine properly and then when locked the code wouldn't work. But now i know how to reopen it thanks to this vid.
Actually works and helped me a lot! Just brought an anti-theft bag and fiddled with the lock and then realised that I had accidentally set the lock to something I forgot. This video saved me.
