For the weight, the front full glass panel and the front screen are useless. Wearables should prioritize the person who is wearing them, should take off the unnecessary weight, and the headband design is wrong. It needs to hang the headset in the middle front like Quest3 instead of left and right only, especially if the headset is heavy. This causes more pressure on the face. The whole design is not for the person who wears it, only for better looks.

I'm excited about upgrading to a foldable smartphone can't wait to see how far the tech has come! I know that the foldable smartphones were kind of a flaw, but I want to test by myself what it is to use this tech from a day to day perspective

It’s interesting thinking on how that the all new m4 chip in the iPad Pro will be put in a lower tier product later. Gets me excited thinking about what the m6 chip will be!

I'm getting an apple vison pro. Should be arriving around July 8th just got my wife the Mac mini w/ m2 chip and apple studio Display. All for work. Stretching our budget a bit but believe the productivity will help make up for it.
Looking forward to getting a M4 Mac Mini for the kids. Would love to get a Vision Air or Vision Pro too, but $2k is a bit too much $$

I think that it would be great to get the something from the new series of ipads this year. Propably air, because it has what i want and at the decent price, with that I can't go without apple pencil and magic keyboard. That's my check for this year.

I am planning on getting some version of a MacBook in 2024. I jumped on the VisionPro because I love VR so much, but realized I cannot develop any apps without MacOS! (I am a PC person)

My 2024 purchase is most likely to be the next version of the Mac Studio. I have an M1 but am looking for to what will come with the M4 chip and AI integration.
My upgrade will be the iPhone 16 and MacBook. The vision line just too much for my pocketbook.
The problem of VP is not just the price. I cannot find a good reason to put on a heavy headset to use some mobile phone Apps.
I would get the New M4 Ipad if they update Ipad OS to include 3D programs like Blender 3D
I think we all expected a lower price would be needed for this product to sell more units.

I'd get a prescription apple glasses in the same vein as the Meta Raybans. A screen would be nice but I need them to be normal and something people would not want to steal. bc I'll need them to see and drive a car. If they can parse my voice using a european whisper in a crowded bar that would be great.
Currently using M1, planning t upgrade to M2 by the end of thr year.

I really want the IPhone SE 4
altough the vision pro and air are pretty innovative . i am more content with a powerful display (not have one yet but plan in the future) something that would not need to be attached to the head. in a way the glasses are much prefiered for light AR or Watch etc usages that it may have.
I will consider the iPhone if they make a larger screen size and keep pricing reasonable. Possibly AirPods Max 2 if released, if they will beat Sonos and sony in ANC and audio fidelity.

As far as AppleCare, I’d like to get the latest iPhone Pro currently I have a 12 Pro and the reason I like to upgrade it just so I had to satellite communication in case of emergency or I don’t have cell coverage as far as other tech goes I’d love to have one of the DJI drone products because I’m worried about an all out Band of the DJI productsdue to unwanted security concerns. Not sure if I could resist the wait until 2 comes out. If anything Apple in 2024, it would probably be the Vision Pro.
If the Vision Pro releases in Europe I will wait for some time and probably buy a used one.

It s the software that makes the success of any tech device. As long as the vision pro doesnt offer a wide range of softwares and uses, including entertainment, demand will be limited to a niche.
Vision Pro and if there is a new Studio display with Tandem OLED I will get that.

The pass through charging wasn’t working on day 12 despite switching cables and charging bricks. Apple Store wanted to do a return then have me reorder which having already bought rx lenses made it quite an ordeal to process. I feel like if they just swapped out the battery it would have been fine. After all that I decided to wait until they had a chance to work the bugs out.
@@cph630 We’ve had ours since the second day of launch. We also bought a second battery that is still in the box sealed to this day. It’s odd that they did not simply swap the battery for a new one. Every day feels like exploring a new region of a new world. Learning how to interact with different apps and environments is always an adventure to us…
We took it to the Store once, because we thought there was an issue with the light mask or seal, but I quickly realized it was just me. In reality ZERO technician knew how to deal with anything regarding the unit, it was so incredibly new to them too.
Realistically, when you brought it into the store, it was probably the first time they ever had to troubleshoot one, or deal with that particular issue. They were basically learning themselves…
