if your budget is 70K then you can only get 256 gb storage in macbook which is not at all suitable for video editing work, if you already have an ssd with at least 1TB storage then go with macbook, and to be honest macbook m1 is not a good editing machine i have personally used it, to run any software you have to purchase software which are very very expensive so also prepare seperate budget for that.
