Incorrect - the inside of a cow has one cow worth of meat, the outside has *all other meat in the universe*...

Thank you! I wonder if there are any studies about binaural beats stimulation and it's effects on ADHD.

Regarding the last study: why would they even bother doing the study if they're not going to assess whether the parents also have ADHD or ASD?

Often it is part publish or perish and insufficient funding of the research. Yes, it would be nice to see a sufficiently large study that does full assessments of children, siblings, parents and their siblings and grandparents including genetic profiling looking for the known marker genes; assessments as far as possible of early childhood environments (physical, mental, biological) and traumas.
Thesis question: are genes turned on at some point in early childhood or in utereo.

Hey Russell, I have two questions as someone trying to manage my ADHD. I haven't seen any answers, so I hope they might be worth your time to consider. The first is that I want to know precisely whether there are any meta-cognitive techniques for symptom management.
I'll try to clarify. As I was reading yesterday after my medication wore off, I monitored my working-memory. I felt the first part of the sentence I was on get wiped from my memory due to a minor disturbance. I felt despair. Although I can't fix the underlying condition, I refuse to believe I'm as mentally powerless as I felt. I believe that it should be possible to help compensate for poor working-memory through intentional meta-cognitive actions, if only I knew what those actions were.
I want to mention another clarifying example. I think that AOC has ADHD because her demeanor during interviews reminds me of my masking. I feel her forcing herself to look at the person she's talking to very intentionally and monitoring her lapses in attention. She is trying to manage her symptoms meta-cognitively, but it look inauthentic and she likely landed on it out of necessity.
So meta-cognitive symptom management techniques might include some sort of self-monitoring while reading or being very intentional during a conversation.
My second question is where I can find a comparison between the mental experience of one's cognitive limits for neurotypical people and ADHDers. It's very difficult to discern whether my limitations are ones that everyone faces or limitation caused by ADHD. The difference plays a big roll in how I feel about my limitations and it's often ambiguous. Unfortunately, most people online explaining the differences are directing their explanations at people who want to know what makes people with ADHD different from a neurodiverse perspective.

Dr., I’m requesting that you listen to “Plants Are Trying to Kill Us” RUclips by Dr. Anthony Chaffee who gives talks on carnivore diet (meat NO fruits/veg). In light of your discussion on the paper on ADHD and gut biodiversity. I’m would love to know if ADHD improves on Carnivore because I think my ADHD symptoms plus Adderal with Carnivore diet does benefit me BUT I do keep carbs around 30-40 gm daily from dairy mostly split throughout the day.

You are harming yourself in every way possible. Meat is associated with the top causes for mortality. Regarding ADHD:

that’s just going from one extreme to the other. Also many don’t eat their greens so it’s not the plants that kill you but junk food certainly is. Just eat healthy. Eat your steak eat your veggies be mindful of junk food carbs. Not rocket science.
