"Miyako Sushi" is located in the direct marketing market in Tokoname City, Aichi Prefecture. In winter, Nagoya's famous miso oden Shimi Shimi daikon is available! This radish is so popular that customers come looking for it, and it takes two days to carefully make it.
Preparations start at 4:00 in the morning, and preparations for the next day are finished at 9:00 in the evening.
I have been doing this every day for over 30 years.
