It sucks for non KSE fans that don't realize how monumental it is to have both Jessie and Howard on the same song. Gets me every time I see it.
I can’t think of any other band that’s ever done this. I about lost my shit in happiness when they announced that Howard would be featured on a song and I wasn’t disappointed in the least
Yes I was there since Jessie and Howard in 2010. I've been a metalhead for over a decade so seeing both of them together is so cool.
That fist bump was EVERYTHING man.
When this song's video released I forgot they were gonna have Howard on it, so when I saw him come in I lost my shit hahaha. And then a second time when they fist bumped during the solo
I lost my shit when I saw the back of his head when they were teasing in the video. I didn't realize at firsts this was the song that was going to have Howard in it. The when he came in harmonizing with his growl with Jessie I fell to the floor!!!!
We use “clean vocals” in the metal core community for the “happy vocals” lol
So we use dirty vocal, for the 'angry vocal'

Too see both vocalists for this band together Jesse (Mohawk) and Howard (bald brother) when this song was launched was a pinnacle to most KSE fans, this song not only hits hard as hell and has a wonderful message, but to see them both enjoying themselves and jamming was 🔥🔥🔥
You need to check out the cover of HOLY DIVER. With Howard singing and truly get the full frontal of KSE , and it’s a double base not a double foot on the base drums lol.
There’s something so enjoyable to see someone hearing a song that makes them get up and move. Being this is your first KSE song having Jesse and Howard in a song together is just heart warming. Thank you for the video this made me subscribe to you. Although I loved your reaction to Slaughter to prevail this video with you hooked it for me.

First video I've watched on this channel and as soon as he whipped out the bass in the intro I had to subscribe just on that alone this guys is a real one.
I am a massive metal head and have been for 30 years and this style of music i call "Happy Metal". It has and uplifting feel and always puts a smile on my face. In Flames and Soilwork do the exact same thing.

He is. Jesse started with the band. Then left after their second album because of some mental health issues. Howard (Black guy) did it for eight years afterwards i think. Jesse came back when Howard had to go, not sure why. He's in a new band now. Light The Torch.

The guest, Howard Jones, was KSE’s second and most memorable singer. Jessie David Leach preceded him and NOW, is their lead singer. So, having Howard guest is incredible. Unfortunately, Howard didn’t get to show off the cleans that defined his style and took KSE to a new level...
You think Howard was the most memorable singer, not everyone. Killswitch is far more suited for Jesse, as evident by Alive or Just Breathing and Disarm the Descent.
hockey4123 - End of Heartache is the most successful album and the one that put them on the map. +1 for Howard. That said, I love both guys and the best album KSE never made was Times of Grace’s one-shot album. The best thing Adam and Jesse ever did to date, imo.

Howard was part of them when they hit mainstream appeal so he the more recognizable singer of the two. I love both Jesse and Howard, but Howard sung on more of my favorite songs of theirs.

The first time i watched the mv i was so excited to see howard in it. I love both howard and jesse so this song is a must on my play list.

If you think that's good, you should check out "Save Me" by Killswitch. Howard's always been the better singer; Jesse is a better screamer (arguably). I love them both, and i love all the albums from BOTH singers, but you're missing out on some good Howard songs.
