Kick the fan. Sometimes, it will start spinning. It's most likely the fan that is out. I hope you can find one to replace it. I just replaced both the fan and resistor in my 11 Silverado.
The fan is working, I’ve replaced the blower motor resistor on it a while back. The AC used to work until a few months ago, I recharged the system with the usual amount that it takes to get cold but I noticed that there is no power at the wire going into the compressor. Will sort it out eventually lol
