Hello. Any problems with the paint because of heat in exhaust ? Do YOU use a special paint or normal black spray ?
I used normal black paint. As of now, still holding pretty good. But I suggest to get the engine paint in case you wanna paint your exhaust.
Is it bad for engine life?

Troy Howard yes, i did. Any headers from 2006-2020 are pretty much the same. So you can buy 2006 for less cheaper if you don’t wanna cut yours. I got my header for $25.

At 3:45 how you get it off?
Drill the spot welds to separate the canister from tip. You will notice that circle mark around the corner.

Stoned Hippy yes, you have to. If there is no packing material available in your area. You can always use the homedepot JM multi-purpose insulation fiberglass material.
@@pnoybiritph3993 what if you dont use packing? I'm trying to do the same but I would like to take the packing out and shorten the muffler.
Sam M if you don’t use packing, your muffler would sound terrible loud and lose low end torque.
