This looks really cool. The system where only certain characters can go in each rotation is really interesting. It does provide a limitation, but it also encourages you to build different characters and allows the devs more time to cook up unique upgrades for the Resonators. Speaking of which, I love the upgrades. It hits both marks for a roguelike mode for me; unique upgrades, and a lot of synergies. It really looks like character upgrades are actually tailor-made for each character, rather than all of them being just a generic stat increase. And the Echo upgrades have a lot of synergy involved. The first time that window appeared, I really had to think which of the shield upgrades would be better for the tutel.
That’s what great with the game mode, it asks you to dodge and parry with minimal mistakes and if you do… well you die just like I did at the end! Maybe later on we’ll have character supports like shield and healer but it would remove the fun for me 😁

So the 2nd slot is only for burst support . It’s surprising you managed to beat it without healer or shielder Character .
