Love this, really well thought out, functional and pragmatic build. Those Pelicans are awesome, one year later mine remain perfectly weather and dust proof. Clever solution with the deep strut and shortened socket. Nice work on the rack and the video. 👍🏻
The Smittybilt DS-2 brackets go in the factory rails, and the Superstrut bolts to the Smittybilt brackets. Wish I could post a pic here, but if you Google some images of the DS-2 bracket, you'll get the idea. Thanks for checking it out!

Thank you, Donald! For the kind words, and inspiration!
Now you've got me thinking how I should redo both the roof of the pickup and the canopy.
There's always something to tinker with, that's for sure 😃
Really digging this set up! Makes me consider swapping the soft top for a hardtop with a rack...hmmmm
It really does come in handy for keeping the interior less cluttered!
I like it. Makes me want to do a in depth on our's but I feel like I change it every trip haha
Hey, that's alright! Like I said , even where we put stuff is almost never the same, but it still works out. Inside's too full? Throw it on top 😆

How did you mount the superstrut to the factory rail? I was having a hard time detailing the brackets. Looks great!
