Hollywood & Jackson to Smokey City.. those shotgun houses been around forever too.. it's a lot of ppl out there with money, and been in those neighborhoods for generations.. don't judge by looking at a video. He asked them why they had time to sit on the porch all day but not pick up the garbage on the street. He explained how that costs nothing but effort on their part to make it look better and take pride in the area. They looked at him like he was crazy.

This is what happens when our economy system has only one chance to increase value of product. the only chance of increasing value on a product ( like a house for example because when you by a house the product you are buying are the assets) the only way to increase the value of these property's are to put them in transactions. Unfortunately in this economy, when you do that, property tax increases then congrats you just moved a whole struggling and culturally passionate community out and moved in college kids or just a completely different demographic and just like that it's like silent liquidation
