Mine lasted for a few weeks then water infiltrated the battery compartment and now it doesn’t work at all. Junk!

I've seen a similar review that water gets in and corrodes batteries. Tom k what is your area weather like? Is it fully exposed?
I have one of those. It lasted almost a year. I think it needs new batteries or something.
I haven't really looked over this one good.

How far many feet away does the motion detector reach?
Seems like it detects about 30,50 ft away. Really won't be able to tell til I mount it up high.
Is it only motion detection?
yes but you can set the length of time it stays on but since it has small batteries they can only use so much solar charge

Thanks for watching! I should had added in the vlog that our backyard is about 1/2 acre so it illuminates more than what the camera was showing. I will definitely be buying two more of these!
