@Rohit Mahajan Check with your Teams client logs for outbound ones and try to correlate with the SBC logs present in SBC console. That will give you a better picture of the call flow. Parallely you can get in touch with Microsoft support, they can check the failed calls from their end too
Do you need any other licenses for Direct Routing other than a phone system license or an E5 license, if there any other charge e.g. a direct routing per user charge for a license to use direct routing?
You prolly dont give a damn but does anybody know of a way to log back into an Instagram account?? I somehow forgot my account password. I love any assistance you can give me.
@Archie Brock I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Good video. however, the direct routing section was covered very briefly. The direct routing and voice routing configuration topic should be covered separately since it's a very vast topic of discussion and 5 minutes of slide reading is not sufficient.
Hi, is there a Teams certification related to this subject? I have extensive VoiP PBX experience and want to leverage my knowledge onto Teams, thank you.
My company has a solution for this exact requirement Fusionconnect. I can have my engineer provide a demonstration of how it works since we control the PSTN.
Thank you video. Hello Everyone, Is any suggestion Inbound call to MS Teams We sending ACK call established both way RTP and then call drops 20 sec. Is anything particular requirements for ACK message ? Exit code Q850 error 18 ( Time out 408 ), but on our end we 100 % sure that it ACK being send via TLS.
Hi i am facing one of the problem when the call goes for long mins say 30 to 45 mins ... when the caller or callee is silent for some time then call s go blank ( neither caller is able to hear or callee is able to hear out) and then call is getting disconnected from either party .. what could be possible reason for this pl suggest ?
Difficult to tell without a trace but it seems like some timers are being fired due to no media being sent.in case of call mute make sure CN packets are still being transferred for the Service/SBC to understand traffic is still flowing.
If I use direct routing then every device gets really an own did...? What about one number concept...? Sorry but there is nothing explained about user experience only infra...
Awesome, helped me to understand the concept of direct routing easily.

Any recommendations for setting up SBC failover for a multi-tenant environment along with the type of certificate needed?

Check that you are not using Early media on your SBC ( Early on 183 ). Seems to be a known issue. Maybe
SBC's do the transcoding in case of media bypass ?
Yes,If required SBC can do codec transcoding.
If teams directly talks to SBC then who does the media processing ? Will the SBC do it ?
Yes there should be at least one Media Session Controller (MSC) or an Integrated Session Controller (ISC)
Is it possible to buy the phone system addon with the office 365 business essentials subscription?

Hey guy's why there is no featurelist available, I don't want to waste my time and watch a video of one hour.
The direct routing documentation may have what you are looking for. You can start here: docs.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftTeams/direct-routing-plan
