“Retrospection” and “I Speak Astronomy” are some of my favorites that I suggest you to react to.
Tati said this was based on a poem she wrote as a teenager. She later talked about a lot of it in a text interview with Psychology Today called "Crushing Concrete With Jinjer's Tatiana Shmaylyuk" that has more info about her than anything else I've seen.

Welcome to the family. I've cried like a beotch at Jinjer shows. For me it is Eugene and Vlad that just hold shit down perfectly that allows Tati to shine so much. This band behind her doesn't get enough credit and she would be the first to say so im sure.
I'm an adult(granted in the looses of terms) human being that is brought to tears almost daily by this bad! Don't really go a day without them. Always something different no matter how many times I hear it!!

im also ND as hell and jinjer scratches my brain perfectly, its everything about metal i love all wrapped up in one band! this is also my all time favorite song from them, with as i boil ice a close second.

It's a thumbs up from me. If you are open to suggestions, may I suggest their song called Wallflower. It's a very relatable song in my opinion.
I've been intentionally avoiding listening to anything by them unless I'm in front of my camera 🤣 - I'll have to add this one!

By far their best live performance in my opinion.
If you want another metal band with a female lead to check out, you should take a gander at Spiritbox. Some of their best songs to react to are the Blessed Be music video, the live one-take performance of Circle With Me, the Rotoscope music video and the Secret Garden music video (if you want something more mellow). They were the first band I saw live back in June, and it was the best time ever.

Lnarious, Great reaction!!! That's How I feel every time I listen Jinjer!!!, but this song is one of my FAVORITES... and "NOAH" is up there as well ! Tatiana rewrote the Bible on this one!
The drummer is actually a classically trained pianist and guitarist who only picked up the drums a few years ago. When other drummers try to figure out his kit they are baffled because he is right handed, but his kit is set up like a lefty, and it leans slightly forward. Very unconventional but also, very , very effective. He also wrote much of the content on the new album.
A band you would probably really like is Caligula’s Horse. Their entire album Rise Radiant is a really good listen, Especially the songs Slow Violence, Resonate, Salt, and The Ascent.

I loved your reaction. Pit of Consciousness is my favorite Jinjer song and this performance is phenomenal. However, their performance of On the Top from the same concert might be even better than this one.

If you'd roll back and check out older Jinjer songs you'll see Tati as a tomboy with dreadlocks. Pretty close to you style and as energetic as you are :)

I’m enjoying your Jinjer reactions. Your enthusiasm reminds most of us of how we felt when we first started listening to them. Not to distract you from Jinjer,but I believe you will also like the band Unleash the Archers out of Vancouver B.C. Canada. While their music is different from Jinjer’s, they too are amazing musicians fronted by a hugely talented female singer. Start with the full band play through of “Awakening”.

Thank you! The joy that you feel and translate with your body language is why this old fart loves watching reaction videos so much. I was feeling pretty jaded about metal for at least a decade until I heard of bands like Jinjer, Bloodywood, and Electric Callboy. They are all metal, but add interesting elements that I would never have thought would blend so well. Jinjer can't make a bad song, but in my opinion you started with one of their worse (Pisces) song. Pisces is a great song, it is just so/so when compared to the rest of their songs. @@lnariousreacts Sorry for my late response. Bloodywood is Indian (the country) folk metal that deals with important issues of today such as mental illness. Most of Electric Callboy is a German band that blends genres (metal, pop, electronic) with a healthy dose of comedy. Most of their videos have subtitles included.
