The dark circles/bags under her eyes are a clear sign of Iron deficiency.

Many vegans have that along with dry hair, dry and pale skin. Many are underweight. They are always tired and eating all the time because a vegan diet is not filling.

Silly people without their factual evidence. The evidence is in the science.
A well-planned vegan diet is healthy at every stage of life. Novak Djokovic, Serena Williams, Patrick Baboumian, Barney Du Plessis and John Bishop in the public sphere thrive on a plant-based diet. So your anecdotes are so off-piste to be farcical.

My 6 year old is the tallest, healthiest in the class plus the brightest, her teacher wishes all the children behaved and learns as she does and I've been vegan 20 years never had a deficiency and climbed many mountains physically and mentally
