I love your reaction to Courtz first audition on AGT , I think everybody has had similar reaction I know I did and now I am at 66 years of age completely hooked on Courtz , she is absolutely amazing takes me back to my younger years in the sixties and seventies, Courtz is going to go far I feel,
It has so many views because it's impossible not to watch this again and again. It's just electrifying!
Some people are saying she's only pretending to be shy, but that's not true at all. Michael Jackson, Prince and Adele are just a few who struggle(d) with stage fright.

Great vid! I'm a big Courtney fan, I have been following her since she has been in England and I'm so glad she made it to the United States, there is so much more exposure with AGT. You are right, she is different. It's like a little English school girl came out on the stage and suddenly turned into the Tasmanian Devil when the music came on.
It is hard to take your eyes off her when she starts to sing.

I've been saying for years that the young people today are exposed to crap music. She is covering music from the sixties and seventies. When rock and roll started. It is timeless. Maybe today's youngsters can get on board. Forget that rap stuff that is not music.

Courtney is a true performer. I would buy her songs, but would like more to see her in a live performance. An amazing talent.
Exactly. Courtney will be a MAJOR live act. She will sell records for sure but, like the Rolling Stones, you want to see her live. She's almost going to have to headline any tour she's on because I can't see any act that would want to follow her. Especially if she ends her show with "I'm Telling You I'm Not Going" the way she did it on The Voice Kids UK 2017. No one could follow that performance and if you've never seen it, I hope you do. When you watch remember that Courtney was 12 at the time.

Second, it has clarity - can hear the sound great. 95% of reaction videos do not have that, so I'd say you left a definite impression. 3rd. You didn't yak all the way through it. I loved your reaction & facial expressions. I loved that the 1st words out of your mouth weren't the stupid comments, "Aw - see? She was faking being nervous" which is bull. She studied James Brown, Janis Joplin & Michael Jackson - who were all extremely shy in public. GOOD JOB! WE WANT MORE - YES!!

I love the way she moves/dances in an awkwardly charming way. It's like that movie scene where Forest Gump dances in his leg braces. Her dad says she spends a lot of time practicing James Brown's stage movements, and it shows in her own quirky style.
It’s gonna be hard to wait for her next appearance on AGT! I hope she does ‘Nutbush City Limits’ like she did last year on The Voice Kids UK. It has the same high-energy stage presentation that wowed us here on AGT. It would be a mistake to do a softer routine; I don’t think she has the vocals (yet) for that.

Greg, 'Ya gotta love it, bro... seeing other folks react with the same amazement as when YOU first watched Courtney's great performance. It's a 'shock and awe' moment! Can't seem to get enough of it. I must have re-watched it a hundred times by now. LOL
Vegas Rick I've seen several suggestions that she do another high energy song, which would be great. But don't underestimate her vocals. I know when she was a year or 2 younger they were still developing--although still great for her age. She may need to do a more mid-tempo song to win over some voters who are less familiar/appreciative of great true hard rock. There's a Sam Cooke song she did you should search on RUclips, if you haven't already seen it, where she showed off vocal diversity and still had some (more subtle) moves.
Courtney's performance of Papa's Got a Brand New Bag is a great example of a high energy performance. This young lady has great breath control, maintaining steady vocals and stamina while dancing on stage. She's a powerhouse!!! The sky is the limit for Courtney!! She's definitely a superstar!! Can't wait for the albums and touring!!!

I was at Woodstock , Atlantic City rock festival & I was at Monterey rock and saw Janis Joplin., second time was at Atlantic City Rock Festival. Querky. Odd voice all over the place but such passion, energy and stage presence & lit that place up. Just like Courtney does. The buzz about Courtney is unreal. Good bad everyone talking about her. Once every 50-60 years you see what you do. Like a comet Courtney is. An event. You absolutely will not forget nor stop talking about here. No one in the history of AGT, and they have incredible acts, has lit up the internet like her. No one has more views. She is not of this era as Howie Mandel said. Courtney will become like the greats before her. R&R revival and she will be leading it.
Agreed! I'm so frustrated that "Woodstock 50" got canceled. She would have made Saturday of that fantastic anniversary weekend MAGICAL. At 15 yo (b'day in July)!
