Yes, hordes are the only nation that tech-up from wars and they can fill the chosen non-admin ideas in 2-3 wars via razing provinces. Because of that mechanism they are the first nation that can get 28 innovation from ideas at 5th and 7th tech level for filling diplo/military ideas. And 16 innovation for teching up faster than any other nation.
I've been playing EUIV and watching others play it for about 10 years. There have been some excellent players at this excellent game, and you are definitely elite status. Really enjoy your videos man.
If you want to "mingmax" the bank of ming, you can attack a ming tributary, forcing ming into the war, and then you can separate peace ming for max money. This way to can skip the ming truce
The capture of the ming emperor event triggers if you capture the emperor, or the emperor's heir. In this case, you captured Qiyu Zhu, who is the son of the emperor.
Im trying to 'kinda' replicate this in 1.37 with the new focus tree. Does taking the mandate make forming Ruthenia possible? Wiki says "is not a nomad nation" is a prerequisite.
80% CCR (hard cap) or at least 60%+ is realistic in a regular run as any nation with at lest 15% CCR in their NIs. Admin 25%, NI 10-25%, Admin-Court policy 5%, claim 10% or perma claim 25% = 65-80%. Accepted culture or same culture group is also reducing CCR by 25% (I think). War-score cost stacking is awesome, I agree, but you can do a WC even without it using just Diplo ideas and Admin Efficiency later. I am just putting it out here for casual players like myself. Very nice video though, and very cool run. Hat is off to you, sir. Pre 1600 WC incoming?)))
NO. NO. NO. I have literal thousands of hours in this game, watched endless streams and vods and NOW is the first time im hearing you can double up idea groups?? And its ironman compatible????
The fun of the game is in the non-end of game tags 😝. Getting bonus from those countries mission tree and becoming OP end-of-game tag is rly how we enjoy the game! Go breaking the game in every patch👍
Just a tip for playing oirat, Ming has a province south of Beijing with cloth and farmlands, i think its Jinan. You should use it when devving one of the first 3 institution.
I love half states in lands that can't be trade companies cause in the future it will be in a trade company once the capital is in persia or Constantinople was this the land of tin and gems.
The strange thing is as this tag it's more profitable having Mongolia as vassel and taking his trade power but I use seize land to take away some of his lands.
Oh no, hes discovered hordes.

Cant wait for the pre 1450 Oirat HRE revoke guide.
Manchu 😈
@@Neptunes_Bounty You laugh but I am pretty sure Lambda did his revoke as Oirat in 1462...
@inutamer365 thankfully this isn't a civ game, so the population can remain unhappy.

Means a lot to hear that thanks 🙏

Mingmax lmao
If you do it as HRE emperor as well you can get an achievement for being HRE emperor, Russia and Emperor of China
you can also get CCR from emperor of HRE and if you pass enough reforms you can become any religion.
@@ruairidhlloyd282its easier to become EoC first and then switch to catholic
Hahaha! It is either the Emperor or his heir!! The guy was the one, you could have captured him immediately :)
Oh man if i started as oirat and reached africa then i already lost interest in the run lmao
This looks Insane ! would really love to watch you doing this run and then try this my self ! very cool
Duuuuude, you slaughtered the countries' names 😂😂😂😂

Good to know! I thought it was only him
Qiyu Zhu works too since hes the heir. Surprised you didnt know this.
Nice from you to hear my suggestion :-) (Oirat, not whole strategy ofc)
which is mad, that is one I would not try to replicate 😀

Very nice of you to respond to so many comments.
This reminds me of the old "tentacle of knowledge" strat from when westernization was still a mechanic
Dawg how do you come up with these strategies this is ingenious
At 8:31 first one is correct for Chagatai. It's a Turkic name. And great run. Keep it going. 🙌
comment for algorithm
Another banger

Lore of This Oirat Strategy is INSANE for EU4 1.36 momentum 100
I'm doing that, but I'm going to reform into confucian Mughals for a crazy WC.

When playing a horde, always take Money and war reps from those you cannot annex in 1 war.
Did you ever not seen the lambdax guy
I think he has
I usually dev it on the capital it's costly but that's where the hordes rebels spawn now.
I am shock! I in my opinion you know this game more than the pardox.
At some point in time the game Devs made it so only unoccupied cores give coring range.
trans-oxy-onna

Ah yes the resurgence of the mongol empire 🇲🇳 🗿👌😎👍
if i want to copy this strat, should i rely on luck to get onto the hormuz island or build like 15 gaylleys after timurid war?😁
Luck is always the way!
idk why but the bank of ming is the funniest phrase
Wait, isn’t Ruthenia an end-game tag?!
no. it has to do with ruthenia being tsardom that prevents you from culture shifting
Oriat into Poland
"just conquer half of the world and everything will be easy"
I mean, I’m not wrong though. 🤣
Oy-Rat, for Christ's sake.
I hate that double idea groups defaults to off
How did you do the 2 idea groups thing? I cant find the setting
Before the start, Go to options
"Oriate"
The strange thing is as this tag it's more profitable having Mongolia as vassel and taking his trade power but I use seize land to take away some of his lands.
Have you ever heard of Lambda and his 1472 WC with Oirat?
It was hella impressive but way too far removed to an actual playing experience. That event RNG is tedious af haha
