So to hear that it helps with new greys is good, because it probably won’t interfere with the old ones. However, with menopause, hair thins. Rosemary oil has helped with this, but this will probably help even more! Since my breast cancer diagnosis, Have been taking vitamin D, so it’s good to have that in there, too!

Hello Cee, How many mg is one tablet ? I did not find the info on their website. You said you were taking 8 tablets per day , so is that 4 grams per day ? Is one tablet equal to 500mg ?
@hormesis1, thank you for your patience. After looking at the packaging, it states that 8 tablets (the serving size) are 3.2 grams. If my math is correct, that would make each tablet around .4 grams or 400 milligrams.

I ordered Spirulina Chlorella by micronutrients (contains 720 tabs) I don't remember the cost, I think 20-40 dollars. It is nonGMO, from Amazon.
